Highly recommend this shop. Dean's work is fantastic and he had no problems making slight adjustments to my design. Took the time to get the placement just right. Excellent customer service from start to finish! Looking forward to getting my next piece done here.

I had come here today to get my third tattoo ever! I was a little nervous as it had been a year since I’ve gotten tattooed and the pain had kinda escaped my memory! The receptionist made us feel very welcomed when arriving, Ken was my tattoo artist for this one, and he did an absolute amazing job! He explained any questions I had, he made me feel at ease and overall super comfortable the entire time! I will definitely be coming back here for more in the future! Thanks Raincoast and thank you Ken! :)

Lexi, the piercer, is so sweet and helpful! She was able to help me out straight away and made me feel really comfortable right away! It was also really affordable compared to other piercing shops I have been to!The only thing I would have maybe liked to see is a price list on the website for piercings! They are super nice and honest about their prices though! I know that things are just getting started though so I completely understand that’s why!

My 16 year old Daughter was super nervous having her belly button pierced today, Lex was amazing very helpful and made my daughter feel comfortable. The shop was super clean they sanitized everything before and after, everyone was super friendly will definitely be back.

I just got my tattoo done last night and wow. The owner and his wife are very professional. He did my arm and it's absolutely georgious. Will definitely be going back to this place for life. I am so happy. Never had a tattoo so beautiful in my life.
