I was tailgated by one of their trucks during a rainstorm today ( Grey County road 17 around 2:45), on the way to Wiarton. Eventually at a stop sign, I managed to get another vehicle between me and them, but I noted that it tailgated them too. Maybe they don't care, as there is no method of complaining about this on their website. I wish there was an way to let their insurance company know.

Tryin to reach named Roger McCaie at [email protected] for almost 3 weeks asking for the Customer Application, but until now no response for him, trying to follow up every other day. Still no response. Not so professional taking care of customers.

Richmond Hill driver came to the East end of Markham to deliver my package. I guess the Markham guy was sick, and knowing we weren't open today still came by to see. He knocked on the front door, even walked around to the back and banged on my back door! Sure enough, I was there. Just eating, didn't hear him at the front. That's service. This is what the larger companies have forgot. This guy went out of his way a bunch to get his job done. I've had other big name" companies "attempt" two deliveries and then force me to go pick it up at their warehouse. Midland Courier gets it right."
