Went to purchase skis and boots for my daughter. The employee was amazing! Showed us the range of skis and patiently helped my daughter figure out which boots fit her best. We had a very positive experience at West Coast. Highly recommend!

Absolutely fantastic experience. I had to get a full snowboard setup, and decided I was going to go the shops on 4th and piece it all together. On the way, I see West Coast Shops and, looking at the signs, thought they only did rentals. Nope!I went to the other shops and looked around trying to figure out which ones had the best prices and the brands I like - they each had an okay-sized selection, but different stores had different brands, and it got to be a lot trying to keep it all together. Ended up going back to West Coast Sports just to see what they had before getting the different pieces in the different stores I had been to.This spot has a huuuuge selection of everything I could have wanted, and Rusty was an immense help - gave advice and history on all of the gear I was looking for. They wound up having everything I wanted, and at a lower price than I was expecting. Can't recommend it enough

This was my first time as this shop- I popped in to try on some boots this week and was BLOWN AWAY by my interaction with Dallas. So many of the ski/ snowboard shops on west fourth have an air of too cool for you- but not this one. Dallas took the time to chat with me and answer my questions and give me his two sense. I didn’t feel any pressure to buy anything or speed up my process. I just felt genuine stoke for my new hobby and left with great advice and a love for the shop! I will definitely be returning and I highly recommend checking them out!

I’ve been shopping for my family’s ski gear here for a few year. They also tune and repair our skis here too. The place is small and it can feel packed on a busy day, but I don’t mind. They are helpful and know their gear. If you prefer to “shop small business” then this is a good place.

Bought my first snowboard here and Rusty was super helpful. He also helped me pick out boots and made sure the fit my feet and bindings.

I needed new ski boots and was treated like family. From start to finish, my experience with this business was top notch. Management and staff were extremely knowledgeable and cared about the responsibility they have ensuring skiers hit the slopes safely. Couldn't have asked for more. Thanks guys!

Best place ever to go for ski or snowboarding equipment. They are patient, professional, knowledgeable, and with great humor. We got everything we need and bette understand why we chose them instead of being pushed to buy something. Thank you for all the help. Definitely recommended!!!

If you are looking for a new pair of ski boots or skis, here's a great place to shop. Service is excellent, knowledgeable and friendly. They carry Nordica, Lange, Tecnica, Roxa. They help you adjust the boots to binding for free. My husband bought skis for my kids and boots for himself.

Totally trustworthy company to sell you ski and snowboard gear. They know their products, do an excellent job of matching skiers and boarders with the right equipment at a fair price, and are in business for the long term!

Prior to bringing my skis in for a tune up, I called the store on November 27 to confirm they’d be ready by December 8. The staff member told me to wait and bring them in until December 4 and that they would have them ready in time for my trip. When I tried to drop them off today (December 4), I was told very rudely “you should have brought these in last week because we have 65 orders in already”. When I explained the instructions I’d been given the previous week over the phone, their response was “well things change” with not even so much as an apology or any flexibility attempted to accommodate me, even though their staff told me to wait to bring my skis in. I would not trust this business with your skis or their given timelines. This is supremely poor customer service. If you care about getting your skis serviced for an upcoming trip, take your skis elsewhere.
