Went to team auction, have been dealing with auctioneers for 20+ years but have not seen an auction who comes together with the seller and allows them to bid against the buyer. Spoke to Clayton from Sekura auction before leaving from the east coast to go buy a vehicle. Went there and saw a sign that strictly says NO BUY BACKS. Found out upon arrival that is not true the owner of the truck was bidding and raising the price and the sad part was the auction knew about it. If there was an option to rate in the negatives that’s what it would be. Strongly recommend to never go here.

2020-08-27 Won 6 lots in an online (due to Covid) Auction. Paid for them and went to pick up and low and behold, one complete lot is MISSING.Upon dealing with the manager" who seemed absolutely clueless here I am 2 months later

This is the biggest rip auction period. Very ridged in making sure they rip u for every dime they can . Charge ridiculous commissions and then hit again with the buyers fee. Strait rips and they know it.someone needs to point out to these crooks the not barret Jackson. There rips. I feel for Drayton having that in there town

Terrible customer service, they sold a tanker trailer with crude oil in it, and the manager don't wanna take responsibility for cleaning it. Now we have to pay to clean the tank ourselves. The manager's response was, You bought it for cheap." It's very risky to do business with these guys. Stay away."

In my opinion are one of the honest Auctions in Alberta. Actions such as M&A are a dumping ground for Junk. Sekura(Team Auctions) in my Dealings are extremely professional, honest and deserve the Support of Alberta Rancher’s and farmers. Thanks

Team Auctions is one of the fastest growing auctions in western Canada. As a senior buyer for a local Transportation Dealership I acquired several good quality trucks and trailers over the years. Team has advertising and community reach that helps bring better than average pricing.

Buyer and seller beware! If you had items in the March 2022 auction in Drayton Valley you might have taken a major loss on you items. These guys had their auction site go down in the middle of a sale for a half hour and sold all items in that time frame for the last bid. I feel bad for whoever sold the Bosch diagnostic tablet because they let it go for fractions of what you should have gotten. There was a bidding war on it before the site went down and I was willing to go much higher myself. Emailed, phoned and had other people logging in from 3 other devices and nobody could get the auction site to load including their own staff. Poor customer service, also bought aworking" safe that wouldn't open when I got home and after dozens of phone calls and emails it looks like I'm getting stuck with a 600lb paperweight. Zero stars wasn't an option."
