12 x 10 gazebo -Purchased from costco. Had it installed. Cost s few dollars but happy with the decision. Some lag bolts had broken and I wanted a small container of touch up stain. Contacted customer service- delivery the next day here to BC via FedEx. Amazing. Customer service was excellent. Now let’s see how the gazebo holds out. Really the 5 stars at this point are for the good customer service. We shall see about the gazebo itself.

Gazebo looks great, and for me... being the hands on sort of guy, was not a problem assembling. Strongly suggest reading the directions front to back and watch videos on youtube for heads-up suggestions.Biggest disappointment was how thin the actual metal roof parts are and wondering how I will redo, when they sooner than later need to be replaced.The other thing regarding the metal roof parts is, you will need to pull off a very tacky clear plastic covering on BOTH sides of ALL METAL. Very time consuming and will be problematic and harder to do on the small narrow pieces! Being to aggressive will certainly result in bending, denting, creasing the narrow pieces. You'll need patience assembling. Good luck.

In the city of Hamilton, Ontario, Canada (and, as I understand it, all of Ontario) a permit is required for an accessory structure, such as a gazebo, in excess of 108 sq. ft. Additionally, you have to provide engineer stamped drawings to validate that the structure complies with Ontario Building Code. On July 6, 2020, 3:29 PM EDT, the Yardistry Customer Experience team wrote We are unable to provide engineering because the post foundation design will change based on the local requirements and site specific soils conditions. Please refer to your local building and city codes

Seriously the best customer service i have seen.From prepurchase information to after purchase service.Needed some touch up paint after a small scratch during installation.I called customer service and i had it in 2 days no cost and no freight.Thats over and above what i would of expected.Great job.....

I recently purchased the mesh kit. I needed a few extra parts and contacted Yardistry. I offered to pay for the parts and shipping. I was shocked when they refused to sell me the parts I needed. They cited they have limited inventory. This is ridiculous since their products are sold via several in a large north american retailers. I will not buy their products again since their after sales support is not good.

We had our gazebo damaged by heavy equipment during a landscaping project. The Yardistry customer service team was excellent helping us get the correct replacement parts. The parts were reasonably priced so the contractor wasn’t too burdened and shipping was quick and easy. They also included some touch-up stain at no cost. One of the best customer experiences I’ve had in a long time.

We purchased a Yardistry 12' X 14' Gazebo last spring from COSTCO. The price was much less than comparable structures. The kit was delivered on time. All parts were clearly labeled. The Instruction Manual was clear and well illustrated. We two seniors had no trouble assembling the gazebo. (We had extra hands for the roof assemble, as suggested.) At one point we had a question and called the Help Desk. Our call was answered promptly (on a weekend!) and our question was answered by a friendly and knowledgeable person. The structure is well-designed, well-built, heavy and strong. Now, one year later, we are so satisfied with our Yardistry structure, we are planning to build another. We like this company.

Bought a Carolina, very happy with it. Wasn't available in Canada so I had to get it via Amazon.com and pick it up in the USA. Now I want their BBQ shelter and... it's only available at COSTO USA.

Purchased this Pavilion on sale at Costco. Follow the directions saying four people required for assembly. I broke three parts assembling with only two. Renee from Yardistry was wonderful replacing parts under warranty on two separate occasions. She could not have been more friendly or helpful.
