While they finally (after 3 visits) sorted out an ID issue a friend was having, they then called him to say that they forgot to photocopy a piece of documentation in yet another phone call. Tried to call them back during business hours and they just do not answer the phone ever. It rings until the system hangs up. I hope the hour i spent hitting redial annoyed the living daylights out of them.

Except the road test examiners staff are mostly rude. Service is slow. Road test in general overly strict, and I don’t mean I am expecting leniency! One of the examiners had rushed me too. Ended up doing it elsewhere after about 5 tries here. Tests are more expensive here then other places. I live very close by, but would rather go anywhere else every time for registry services.

The worse registry in the N.W. You have to text your name, and wait to be called 2.5 hrs wait. Their policy was there since covid and still doing the same process. I would recommend go elsewhere if you need to renew your license/registration right away. P.S I went to Crowfoot with a long line up but got in in 15 min.

Pathetic service. This is a NDP-era/communist style registry. Get with the times, I hope our provincial government will do something about this style of registry. No line up still scanning a QR code very very disorganized. NDP-era style registry as I said don’t expect much to get done here and constant system crashes. Receiving funding from communist sources to facilitate slow downs.

Don't come here before 10 AM!! Four people, ONLY 2 staff working, another two staff, not help!! Even 14 people are waiting for the services in this small room! Recommend you scan the code before you come here, or you gonna wait more than an hour in line!!

waited 15 minutes in the empty waiting room,.. before was rudely told to scan the qr code, no one saying anything prior.. This is an old covid policy. Went to plates in country hills stood in line for 20 min with no virtual sign in, got my business done.

Such a worst registery service I have ever faced. Went for an driving knowledge test. There was another student attending exam. I just sit and didn’t talk anything. Someone came and was saying you were talking. Your exam is suspended. Such a worst place. I argued and left.

By far the most unprofessional registry I’ve been to in the entire city. Waited for half an hour in the empty front lobby of the before being called up at 5:34 when they close at 6. We were told they needed 30 minutes to finish our documents and they don’t have enough time. We told them we called them 5 hours ago and we were told they only needed 15 minutes to finish this for us. All 3 people sitting at the desk then laughed and said “we haven’t picked up the phone all day”.Save your time and provide your money someplace else.

The queue doesn't make sense. I waited over 2 hrs. And somehow i kept going downwards in the queue instead of upwards which indicates to me that they do not respect the queue order or the clients time. After looking at the other reviews on here. It makes sense to me now. The only explanation is some people get preference over others.

THEY DO NOT ANSWER THEY’RE PHONES!The worst registry in Calgary.This location is so small. When this place gets busy it’s really hard finding space to stand or sit because it’s way too crowded. The more people who walk in the more you have to shimmy out of the way but there is no room to do so, very claustrophobic. They need a bigger location and hire better staff.
