From beginning to end my experience with Lopez Roofing has been excellent. Frank is a great spokesman and did a great job of explaining what his company had to offer. The job of replacing the roof of my home was begun soon after I signed an agreement and completed quickly. The on-site workers were efficient and careful to protect our plants. The office staff were helpful and prompt at answering questions. Finally, Frank came to the site before, during and after the project, continuing his excellent communication and attention to detail throughout. I highly recommend Lopez Roofing.

Removed old black shingles. Replaced with nice green shingles. Took care of my roof leaks that the old shingles had. Anything I wasn't happy with Frank was right there to make it good. He values happy customers. Good man to represent his company. Will do business with Lopez Roofing again.

I am extremely satisfied with my experience with JF Lopez Roofing. I received 3 other bids for a 30 square roof replacement in southwestern Waukesha County. JF Lopez's price was in the middle but the warranty they offered was top of the line (GAF Golden Pledge), and Mark was able to answer all the questions I had and even included several repair items that the other bidders missed. His knowledge really impressed me and I had no hesitation accepting his bid. The job (which included a 2-layer tearoff and replacement of several deck boards) took a total of 10 hours on a single day in early May 2021. The crew was large and worked like a well-oiled machine. After they left, I double checked the yard for nails and found none (and still haven't to this day). Mark came back the next day to inspect the job and assured me that if I found any issues that I could contact him and he would take care of it. Since I had to install a new antenna on the roof, I had several opportunities to closely inspect the job myself. I found a few aesthetic issues with the flashing that some might consider nit-picking and contacted Mark. He came over a few days later and happily agreed to address the issues I had. A crew came out within a few weeks (I told Mark there was no rush) and everything was taken care of. I will have no hesitation recommending JF Lopez to family and friends.

From the moment Joe Koenig arrived at our home with his estimate presentation, we knew Lopez would do our roof. Besides measurements and taking photos Joe’s knowledge of the roofing business, his skill at presenting that knowledge to us gave us the reason to hire Lopez roofing over the other companies we had asked for estimates. He followed up when his installation crew arrived. They were professionals with their skills, used the quality materials we had selected, and completed the job working one very long day.As part of the selection of colors process, Joe gave us several addresses of homes which had chosen our preferred colors. The ability to see examples of actual roofs aided our ability to select the right color for us.Our experience with JF Lopez roofing was so positive that we can recommend them based upon the work they did for us, spring 2023.

I hired JF Lopez to replace the asphalt shingles on my home, sales rep. and employees were all very professional. Work was completed in a very timely manor (faster then I expected), and best of all they were affordable. I'm very pleased with the completed work, and have no complaints.

We had our roof replaced at our Lake Winnebago cottage two weeks ago. We were pleased with their quick response to service our needs. Emily, office manager, was friendly, and helpful explaining the proceedure. Mark was also very helpful and quick to oversee the process and answer all of our questions. Everyone was extremely helpful from beginning to end. The crew worked hard and did an awesome job with cleanup. They were very courteous to the neighbor that shares a driveway with me. I had a full tear off and replace on an old Victorian home. When they encountered additional unexpected repairs, they worked with me to fit within my budget. I would recommend this company to anyone.
