Suite à un incendie qui a gravement endommagé notre résidence, l'équipe de Construction JG Lessard et Fils ont pris le dossier en main. Nous avons eu un service exceptionnel, temps par l'équipe administration au bureau que par les ouvriers sur le chantier. Nous sommes très exigeant sur la qualité des détails et nous avons été plus que satisfait. L'équipe sur place travaillait consciencieusement et non pas à la course. Je vous recommande leurs services. We recommend this contractor without reservation. We had exceptional service, very clean and high quality work despite the constraints of a condominium building that imposes many restrictions. Work after a water disaster, the schedule and costs were respected. I recommend Veronique as a project manager. No negative points with this contractor. We are vert happy with this contractor.

I have never had such ridiculously horrible experience with any companies before. But this company, they really have taken it to a whole other level.We have agreed on the price, scheduled a start work date. On the date that they are supposed to start work, nobody showed up. We called, the guy in contact with us was MIA. Only when we wrote him email and CC possibly his boss, then he called back, scheduled another date. But on that day, he bailed again. No calls, no explanations, nothing.Whatever job you want to get done, don’t waste your time. They are absolutely terrible.

Worst service ever, rude and arrogant they create false promises

A very disappointing experience. I thought that relying on the Google ratings would be a safe bet, but I was wrong.I spoke with one of the owners and described to him that I required a contractor to do some patch jobs for my father's rental property and sent along the list that succinctly described the minor work. I also impressed upon him that I would be travelling from Gatineau to meet him and visit the site. While I was happy that I was not stood up, a relatively inexperienced subordinate came to estimate the work. Once again, I impressed upon him that this was patchwork until the rental property would be liberated where a comprehensive reno would be needed. A similar treatment of the main floors would also be needed. What I got was an estimate that totalled 12k without any details. When pressed, they disclosed that they did not do patch work and that the estimate was to redo floors and ceramic shower stalls (where just a soup dish had to be cemented on). Not serious about providing what the client needs and a waste of my time. Be aware and stay clear!

Je vais etre tres claire.Ils ont un tres haut niveau de professionnalisme ,d'encadrement via a vis employer/ employeur....ce qui offre a nous les clients un service Impeccable a tout les niveau...l'après vente est une très grosse force et Pour eux il y a que des solutions rapide et efficace
