If I could give 0 star to this company, I would've. Very bad quality product. Overall, a thief company.

Great selection, a knowledgeable staff, and a very competitive price point. Delivery service is timely and helpful. I have used them on many of my projects.

I recently had an unfortunate encounter with Roi du Plancher, a company that specializes in hardwood flooring. Sadly, my experience with them was nothing short of disappointing and frustrating. From the moment we received the broken hardwood floor to the subpar customer service, it became clear that this company falls far short of delivering on its promises.Upon receiving the hardwood flooring, it became evident that the quality was substandard. The flooring was riddled with numerous defects, including scratches, discoloration, and unevenness. These imperfections not only compromised the visual appeal of the flooring but also detracted significantly from the overall ambiance of the space. It was disheartening to see the desired impact we had envisioned for our home diminish due to the poor quality of the materials provided by Roi du Plancher.Furthermore, dealing with the customer service representatives of this company was an arduous and frustrating experience. They displayed a complete lack of professionalism and seemed disinterested in addressing our concerns. Despite notifying them immediately about the defects and seeking a solution, they appeared unresponsive and unwilling to take responsibility for their faulty products. Instead, they attempted to charge us additional fees for returning the defective flooring, which only added insult to injury.The overall level of dissatisfaction I experienced with Roi du Plancher is disheartening. Their failure to deliver a satisfactory product, combined with their dismissive and unhelpful customer service, demonstrates a lack of integrity and commitment to customer satisfaction. I strongly advise anyone considering purchasing hardwood flooring to avoid this company at all costs.

We had a very bad experience here. Their sales people were cooperative and professional. The installer was not good. However the wood was very beautiful in the warehouse but lots of small pieces were in the boxes. we forced to change our product (and they did it very well) because even their installer refused to install the first product because of short pieces. Then we changed our product from 5 inch width to 4 but still there were many small parts in the new batch and some color mismatches. it was good for bedroom or .... but not for main salon. ask them to guarantee the average length of parts in each box and compare it with other sellers. by spending few $ more you can get much better product from reputable companies that gurantee average length of 2-3 feet or more.

They're lucky that I give them one star because the sales man is really rude. One of the 11 boxes was wrong.

I’m really happy with the service the products and the price, I will recommend it to my costumers and I will buy my floors there from now on.

Michel promised to modify our order by phone when we were there to get the stock, he went back on his word. He only gave credit for the amount of x or nothing. I won’t buy anything from them again.

Very bad experience. The pictures speak for themselves. Lots of pieces were small and different sizes as seen in the pictures. Tried to contact them no response. Very disappointed with the product I bought at le roi du plancher. I would avoid this place.
