having to work full time, and taking care of a toddler is tough enough. Then having my parents' tenant who wants the washer replaced ASAP. A lot of big box stores can only promise POTENTIAL delivery in two weeks, which was not good enough for the tenant. Not having much options, I called trail appliances outlet center in desperation. Brian Fong was more than helpful. He recommended a couple of great options, and clearly laid out the prices for each. He was able to secure fast delivery to me in three days! We basically secured a washer at a reasonable price plus hassle free installation in a few hours time over the phone. Brian also went above and beyond in ensuring that the delivery and installation runs smoothly! Tenant is happy with the efficiency, and I am happy I don't have to travel back and forth to ensure installation/delivery! They also have online tracking for delivery, how cool is that?! Thank you Brian for all your help!!! Will definitely ask for your help again in the future should we need anything :)

We had an urgent need to replace a fridge freezer so looking online gave us some options. Having found what we liked the process from order to delivery was seamless. During the days leading up to delivery the communication was regular and very useful. On the day of delivery I received regular updates and the delivery crew were very helpful. A solid experience.

We had a wonderful experience here. Brian who works there was so helpful and patient. He worked very hard to help us find what we were looking for, and we left with all of the appliances we needed. We were very satisfied with the prices and warranties. Would recommend!

I was here today June 20-2023 around 1:30pm for pickup on shipping side , after waiting too long i asked a guy name R*** ( pony tail ) east asian guy that how long its gonna and he relied in very Rude tone “all employees are busy helping other customers so just wait and i also just finished my lunch “ . I talked to him because he was sitting on chair wearing blue vest like supersvisor but i came to know from office he is not supervisor. No one was helping on shipping side , even one guy was waiting there who came few minutes before me. All their employees are on receiving side and no one was helping in shipping. Its my Request to Company management that tell your employees to talk nicely atleast if they don’t want to even help .

I want to share my 5 star experience with Trail Appliance. We were so excited to order our new Kitchenaid Induction Range. The online option was very great and helped to save time. Our family from Oregon was coming for a weekend visit and I was so looking forward to using my new Range for entertaining. On Saturday night we were in the middle of preparing our meal when the Range made a funny noise and and completely stopped working both cooktop and oven. We were devastated as we had paid the most we had ever paid for a kitchen appliance. After calling Trail and talking to the appropriate Customer Service levels and relaying our frustrations as the appliance repair company said it could take 3 months to get the parts to fix our brand new range, we were very unhappy with that option and felt the stove was defective and we wanted a new Range. Finally after only 3 days we we were told a new range would be delivered in 2 days. Everyone from the team at Trail were extremely professional and we will definitely recommend them to our friends and family and will buy future appliances from them.

Had the best experience at Trail Annacis Island with Brian! Very fast responses, great follow ups (by phone and emails). My new fridge got delivered within 3 days after I paid the invoice, plus they didn't cancel the delivery even though Vancouver just got a big snow dump last night. The delivery team (Denny and James) arrived at my apartment within the promised time, and they were very friendly, very fast, and professional. Thanks, Trail team!

Me and my man went to buy a washer because ours broke down. Brian was a no-nonsense, smart, funny rep and I will definitely be telling all my friends and fam to go to him. Thank you, Brian!! Hello, I am so happy and completely satisfied with the friendly and reassured services that I received from Trail Appliance Outlet Center. I ordered a wash tower machine and it was delivered the next morning and now my clothes are so much cleaner. Thank you to sales rep Siti for a friendly, speedy service, also delivery and set up was quick, he even swept the floor before he placed the new machine back. End-to-end great experience. First, they open their store early at 8:30am while the other stores open at 10am or 11am.I walked into their store and Siti –from their sales team–greeted me, I told him what I needed and he listened carefully. He didn't want to make a quick sell, but to make sure he understood my needs.Siti did all the legwork of finding the four appliances I asked for. A stove, microwave, dishwasher, and fridge. I just stood there and watch him work his magic. I even asked for delivery, installation and haul. No problem, he scheduled right away. And this was a big one for me, because most of the websites will deliver in 4 to 8 weeks. I couldn't wait that long, and they either don't deliver, or don't do the haul part.On our scheduled day, I had the delivery boys and the installation person, both punctual and professional. They asked me questions that I had no answer for and I called Sity again, and he took care of it.This is the great experience everyone should have when shopping for their appliances.
