I enjoyed shopping in Denison Centre’s One’s Better Living. Excellent customer service! The people worked in there are so friendly and they helped me what I need. Found Casa Calvin and Casablanca fitted sheet and duvet cover which are very comfortable.

I bought Linen for my father who was going into a nursing home. When the home told me I didn't need it because they provide it I tried to return the next day. One's tells me you cant get your money back ....only store credit. DON'T ever buy from places like this. This is immoral and bad business. Listen One's ...you think you won because you got my 30 dollars??? I will never buy anything from this chain again. I will also tell all my friends and family to steer clear of all One's stores going forward.

A decent selection of household goods. They carry a wide selection of Japanese imported porcelains that are hard to find elsewhere, as well as being cheaper than many other locations that carry them. They also have frequent sales on their items as well.Make sure to double check your items before purchase as they have a bad return policy

The store was definitely crammed. Hard to walk through the store if you are carrying a big bag. Apart from that one issue, this store is great. Had a large collection of household items at affordable prices.

I bought a cup of tea. It was broken after only 1 time for tea.When I came there the cashier told me because of the stain so they won't do any exchange or refund. It is only $5 but the girl's behaviour is very bad.I would give minus stars if I could. Very bad customer service. Never buy from that store again and let all of my friends know not to buy from them.
