Weed Man Lawn Care

Don't use their service. Their system is a mess!I had a contract with Weedman in the end of May for weed control for 6 visits in the year, and gave them my credit card information for payment. They forgot to take the payment from my card, then stopped the services after 3 visits without contacting me!After they came the first time, they left a bill. I called and asked them why there is a bill when I paid for the full year. They told me they always leave the bill. I didn't need to worry about that since I already paid for the whole year.When I call them now in Sept, they said they left the bill so I should know it is not paid.This doesn't make sense to me. They didn't receive the payment after 3 service, why don't they call me to get the payment arrangement. If they called me earlier they should have already figure out the payment issue and I will get my service. I asked them if I don't call, then they will not get payment for those 3 visits, they said that how the system works!As for the lawn, after they came for fertilizing, the lawn became yellow in patches. It might because there were less rain this year. But it was yellow patches instead of big area of yellow. It more likely because of their fertilizing.

the whole company is a scam. there have been so, so many reports and complaints yet their company just dodges questions and makes innocent non-customers pay. don't support these guys. there's quite a few articles on this
