Kishan was professional, and got us to our goal without trying to sell us anything extra. I rarely get wireless staff who get to the point, solve the problem well and be pleasant through the process. Kishan has mastered this.

I have been with freedom mobile for almost 10 years I'll say and by far the best company I've known. I don't go anywhere that they don't cover so I've had no problems with any hidden fees. The person who helped me get a new phone today was really polite, it was a straight forward interaction and I was pleased.

The freedom kiosk in the mall is great, they are very helpful answer any questions you have and work with you to get what you want. Best time to go or call is either right when the mall opens or after noon when they have more staff in.

Really loved the experience with this store, Uttanshu is really patient and provided great customer service. He is very helpful and gentle. I came to ask for some issue that i had on my billing and he did an excellent job. He helped me to find a perfect plan (better than the one I had before with almost same price). Also helped me to book my new phone. Thanks for that!Highly recommended.
