Found the lady rude and crusty. She was upset that I parked at the private driveway. Mistake on my part, granted. I apologized but she still maintained a rude posture. Obviously, she wants people to park in her parking lot, the signage was poor. There was another customer who pulled up after me, and she also told off the customer for not parking in the appropriate spot. If there is a specific spot for parking, I suggest that the signage be clearer and bigger. The product was far over priced. The price of a small 2 lb pumpkin here (2.50) was daylight robbery when Superstore just down the road was selling a 10lb pumpkin for 2.89. Customer service was poor and I would not suggest it to anyone. I would actually suggest bringing your money to Superstore or Walmart. This local business does not treat local purchasing power with respect.

I was introduced to Roy and Pauline of Phillmore Enterprises in 2015 and have purchased every piece of hardwood from this location since that day. I only pick up an order 2 to 3 times a year but I quite enjoy my experience at Phillmore Enterprises every time I am there. Ian is now looking after the business and I still get the same quality experience and expertise that I always have. Thanks for looking after the small hobbyists the same as you do the larger customers!!

I buy exotic wood from them and yes she can be crusty .He should have retired her years ago ,i get along good with her but it took a few visits.

Beautiful pumpkin patch, unfortunately the owner was quite rude. While at the farm, the owner blatantly put that we (and a family with their children) were not welcome at the patch unless we were making a purchase immediately- we were planning to do so anyways (and did purchase pumpkins from them that day). Very rude. Unfortunate because it is a stunning pumpkin patch and I like supporting family businesses.

I have dealt with Roy and Pauline for several years. They have always supplied me with various wood species I can't get anywhere else in London. And I like their knowledgeable, friendly service.

Mr Phillmore was a pleasure to deal with. The wood was high quality and fairly priced. His wife however is another story altogether. We were greeted with “what do you people want?” She was clearly irate that we arrived at their “lunchtime”. While we interacted with Mr Phillmore she shouted the time from the door to remind me we were a nuisance. Our final interaction with her was when she came out to the office and upon seeing us still there she explained “oh Jesus. Christ!”. We like to support small business but she certainly makes it difficult! Why have a business only to treat customers this way? Obviously not just a bad day given all the similar experiences I’ve read about.

I have purchased an abundance of wood for various projects. Ian has been so helpful as has Roy. They are experts, and have guided me well in what I have needed for cabinet making, custom closets, and other projects. A great source of everyday and rarer materials.

I have dealt with Roy for years. He is a pleasure to deal with and very knowledgeable. Highly recommended for all your project wood needs. Attached are a couple of photos of projects made with materials supplied by Phillmore.

I am so thankful that I found Phillmore Enterprises. I buy all of the wood for my laser cutter through them and they have always been friendly and helpful. I appreciate them so much and am always trying to send people their way. I'm such a fan of them both.

I went in to enjoy the beautiful pumpkins and display the place had. I wanted to pick out a tiny pumpkin to take home with me but before hand, my mom and I were enjoying the place. It wasn’t until a rude lady yelled out that pictures were only for paying customers instead of asking for our help and providing us with customer service. We left shortly after... we felt unwelcome right away. Such a shame, I was getting so many messages on my IG posts asking where this place was and I immediately told people not to visit due to this rude service.
