Avoid their builds at all costs. They cut more corners than Laebon, another notorious builder in central Alberta known for low cost and low quality.They install furnace and hot water systems that are so overly convoluted it costs two to three times as much to have it repaired or replaced. I also suspect they put used hot water tanks into their builds to cut yet another corner. A hot water tank should last 10-12 years not 8 or less. They won't put sump pumps in homes next to swamp which is absolutely nonsensical. This isn't even just my home, but the entire neighbourhood.They also won't honour new home warranty and will blame the home owner for everything from a shifting doors to excessive condensation on windows.AVOID

We bought our home that was built by unique elevations back in 2014 and there were some serious design flaws. Our kitchen is my main complaint. They put the dishwasher right beside the back door. Our back door gets so frozen up in the winter because of all the condensation from the dishwasher and kitchen sink being so close, that it completely freezes up with ice and becomes unusable. It causes our back door to freeze shut, this poses a safety risk as the back door is an exit. We are going to have to spend some money to have it re-framed and possibly have a storm door installed to help prevent this problem in the winter. Also, the main large window in the front of your home, should be located in your living room, not in a bedroom, especially in a south facing home. It causes the bedroom to be ridiculously hot in the summer and cold in the winter.

Think house built quite good on the overall. Bought house from someone and every day wonder if they are better at door installation now. Love the house but the closet doors and doors around house not on straight. Might not bother some but when looking every day awful. Think original owner should have had fixed...ugh.

We built our first...starter home...with Unique Elevations. We were so happy with their service, workmanship and attention to details. Now, 10 years later, our family has grown and we have the opportunity to draw on some of the equity in our home so my wife and I decided to upgrade our living situation. When it came to us deciding who we should build our house with it was a no brainer. We have recently moved into our 2nd Unique Elevation built house and they have lived up to expectations. Their prices are fair and their workmanship is excellent and the ability to be available when you have second guessed yourself about the colors you’ve picked is beyond amazing. We appreciate Kevin and his team. Doreen, is knowledgeable and has been a pleasure to work with.

Our current home was built by Unique Elevations and we have been extremely happy with our experience from start to finish. We purchased one of their show homes and Doreen was great to deal with in finalizing our purchase and making the necessary changes. After we moved into our home, they have continued to be extremely professional and have been responsive if anything arose. Clayton and the rest of the team definitely take pride in their work and we wouldn't hesitate to recommend them based on our experience. We love our home!

Contacted them about a water leak in one of walls that appears to be coming in via the roof. House is only 2 years old. To-date, no response. I guess they've done their part by using inferior sub-trades in order to boost their bottom line. Will never buy another property from them, and will encourage others not to waste their money buying from them either.

My husband and I can not say enough about the professionalism, workmanship and attention we received when we developed our basement with Unique Elevations. Everyone involved made the process very easy and smooth. Communication with the company was always excellent from the start to the completion of our project. Our questions and concerns were always dealt with promptness, understanding and patience.The workmanship and extra touches are very much noticeable and appreciated. We purchased our new home from Unique Elevations in 2018 and we absolutely love it!!! The experience of building and buying with Unique Elevations has been 2nd to none! They had no issues addressing the odd minor concern at the beginning, and the quality of construction and attention to detail of our home is a thing of beauty- we fell in love with it the first time we walked in and now, 2.5 years later we still love it!
