The new store is great!Every time I go in there, I don't have to wait long and am treated very greatly! staff are friendly and well rounded in their field .They always go above and beyond for me .worth the trip every time . If you are with Rogers in / near Saskatoon, this is the one to go to!

The employees at this location are excellent!! I was have having a lot of issues trying to upgrade my phone online and receiving pretty poor customer service (not honoring previously promised prices which I also had a transcript to prove it). I went to this location and talked to Trevor who assured me right away that he would help me and to honor the prices. Trevor was awesome, and knew the answer to all my questions. I know it might be easier to do things online but I would highly recommend going to this location rather than dealing with the online customer service. Thank you for your help Trevor!!

Got my new phone with these guys, at first they were trying to convince me when I called to check status of online order to cancel it and just do it threw them when I arrived, then they placed my protector/case on so awful the plastic was sticking out, it was scratched and it was bubbled to hell, after he passed it to me he said just call warrantee they will send a new one??????? I called and they said no take it back to rogers, so I did then they refused to put the new protector on. Pathetic, will never recommend this location to anyone ever.

The manager here is very unprofessional. He yelled at me and threatened me. Said something I couldn’t understand that made me fear him. I went into the store to pick up a phone I ordered online. I had the intention of spending 200$ or more on accessories for my phone here but after today I can confidently say that I will never be returning here. Ever. The manager is made me scared and used his position of power to manipulate the situation. Don’t go here.

I helped my mom get a cell phone plan and tablet at thr store. Mohammad was excellent with assisting us with the 2 day ordeal to get everything set up. The loss of a star comes from Roger's itself their main system was down, had to return a second day and in the poorly written contract by the company that infers a discount of 50 dollars off on the receipt but does not mention it takes 3 months to be credited. If it isn't going to be paid up front, it needs to be spelled out in the contract like dvery other detail that is used apply a charge if a criteria isn't met.

Thank you so much for having your business located on Google Places and Google Maps! Two weeks ago I was in Saskatoon trying to hunt down a new phone and friends had pointed me in your direction however, the directions and address given to me were very sketchy. All it said was 134 Primrose Dr. Since I couldn't find that address I assumed you were located in the Lawson Heights Mall. Using the Google Places I was provided with a phone number so I called you for your location. The pictures were extremely helpful in recognizing your store also. Since I had never tried out the walking directions on Google before, I decided to give it a whirl. Guess what? It lead me right to your door step! Thank you so very much for your extra kind service and for being so informative. I believe you are probably the best Rogers location in all of Saskatoon! I will certainly be recommending your store to other friends and family in the future.
