We've been happy Lexus of Kelowna customers since 2013 when we purchased our 1st brand new RX 350. Fast forward to 2021 looking back on 4 more Lexus vehicles ( yes I'm obsessed with cars) and I've never experienced any dealership as good as Lexus of Kelowna. Great sales people (Dean and Jeremy), great service (Sheena, Justin and Veronica) and great vehicles. It just doesn't get any better. They go out of their way to make you part of the family!

After leaving top rated Lexus of Edmonton, I was unsure of the ability to provide same level of after sales service here in Kelowna. Happy to say that their service team, led by Veronica up front is professional, efficient and over the top helpful. A pleasure to deal with and tips the scales to potential future sale. After Sales service extremely important and I am very pleased.

Not only are Lexus vehicles of exceptional standards, so is the Lexus of Kelowna dealership. I was in the hunt for the rare LC500 coupe and found it at Lexus of Kelowna. Only issue, I am from Ontario. I reached out and was directed to their sales rep Andrew Baynton. His knowledge, guidance, understanding and overall sales experience comforted me to the point of purchasing the vehicle online and unseen. He provided numerous videos of the car which included a virtual ride. Purchased the new RX 350. Mariah was very knowledgeable and helpful and pleasant without making us feel any pressure to make an immediate decision. The whole purchasing process was very low key yet professional and certainly left previous dealerships we have used in the shade. Highly recommend.

Excellent Service Across the Board!I don’t usually write Google reviews, but then I don’t usually experience the high level of service I’ve recently received from the folks at Lexus of Kelowna.I bought a pre-owned Toyota 4Runner from Lexus of Kelowna in December. The sales advisor, Dean, and the sales manager, Geno, were helpful, honest and easy to deal with. There was no pressure and the last discussion we had about price involved the three of us together in a room — so no “let me go run this past the manager and see if it will fly” games. The finance manager, Miranda, was extremely helpful in putting the final paperwork together and answering my questions. All in all, it wasn’t just a painless experience, but a very pleasant one.I have visited the service department twice since my purchase. The first time was to ask them a favour. I couldn’t get the plates off my old 4Runner to swap them to transfer the vehicle. After 16 years, they were rusted on and the bolts broke. It was a Saturday and it was hard to find anyone to help. I drove into the Lexus dealership in desperation to see if there was anything they could do. Dean saw me come in and took control of the situation. Justin and the rest of the service department got on the job immediately and worked on it for over an hour. They wouldn’t charge me for the work. (I should make it clear that they weren’t doing this as part of the process of taking my old vehicle in as a trade. I was transferring it privately and had already paid them for and taken possession of my new vehicle.)Last week, I returned to the dealership because there was a noise in the centre console, like something was rolling around. It took them more than two hours to find and remove the source of the problem (a bicycle pump nozzle the previous owner had allowed to fall in a vent, or something like that). Again, they wouldn’t charge me anything for all the work they did, even after I practically begged the service manager, Sheena, several times to let me pay them something! All the people I’ve dealt with in the service department, Sheena, Justin and Shelby, have been very professional, helpful and a pleasure to deal with.My experiences with Lexus of Kelowna to date tell me they value their relationships with customers and are prepared to make the investment necessary to build those relationships for the long term. They hire great people, who aren’t just very competent but also happen to be genuinely nice folks. They have a very happy and loyal customer in me as a result. Just bought a nice second hand vehicle from Lexus Kelowna. After owning the vehicle for a short time a service brake code was going off. Spoke with the team at Lexus and they were very quick to take action and ownership of getting the problem resolved. Really appreciated the team at Lexus taking care of my safety and seeing the customer service both when buying a vehicle and afterwards remained the same. These folks have integrity and people's best interest at heart. Great purchasing experience... Well done team Lexus, keep up the good work!
