I love when theres a line up of customers and 1 till open with 5 employees just standing there doing nothing. Totally understand of they’re currently working on something but if you’re standing there gossiping about someones “date” last night, you have time to help the 6 customers in line.

Horrible service, lineup had only 2 persons ahead of me n it still took 30 min in line. Girls at cash were untrained n unprofessional. If 21 is listening please more training required

Recently filed for bankruptcy. 40% off on all clothing, some up to 70% off. Final sales. More items than other Forever 21 stores. 3 cashiers open on our weekend visit. Reasonably speedy.

Love the option of having, Buy one Get one FREE! There is so much to look through! Love Plus Size available!!Would be nice if they had a few more racks so they aren't overflowing. It is difficult to take off one item without others falling on the floor. Additionally, you'd be better able to see the variety of choices. Great deals for those with limited budgets!!
