Friendly staff, really knowledgeable about hockey and lacrosse. Took the time to explain what we needed for our son's first year of lacrosse and what we could use from his hockey gear, saving us a decent amount. Have since returned for yet another season of hockey and they are still the best place to go. I really appreciate how they don't pressure you to make a sale. They are focused on customer service and making sure you have what you need at the best price vs the most expensive always.

perfect local store. great selection and excellent service. I can definitely say that you probably can find better prices, but this place is awesome and has true hockey spirit! moreover, if you buy something you can expect some services for free as a compliment.

Very knowledgeable and friendly staff. A definite shout out to the staff and skate guy Jackson for the skate profiling suggestion that has improved my skating two fold! Great job and don't hesitate to go there for any of your hockey/lacrosse needs.

Dealt with Jeff when I brought a Blackhawks jersey in for customization. He was extremely helpful and friendly and sent the jersey off for embroidery through his customizer. It turned out fantastic and I highly recommend Jeff and his team here for any customizations!

Amazing service! We were in a hurry between lacrosse games and the staff did everything they could to help my son get playing again after breaking the head of his lacrosse stick. I wish I could remember the name of the associate that served us. He went over and above! Thank you.

I've taken my skates to get heated and punched there 3 times and the staff is always excellent, especially last Thursday one of the young guys took care of me and my skates felt great the next day at my game. I wish I could remember his name but he said he was a lacrosse guy rather than hockey yet he still fixed my skate. Please pass on my appreciation. Thanks fellas!

When I bought a pair of skates for my daughter about a month ago, a middle-aged man introduced the skates to me with impatience. Because she was starting her polar bear course that weekend, I endured it without expressing my unhappiness. After several classes, her instructor told me that the skates were much too big. Size 13 would be better, but her skates were size 2. However, the impatient man had measured my daughter's feet and recommended the size. When my daughter put them on, he checked and told me that they were good. It was a bad experience and a waste of money.
