I had the tint installed a month ago, due to cold weather so i could finally roll them down to check it out after let them sit for a month, the egde of the film is not even at all for all window, my driver side also has the film sticking out which is not acceptable. Beside that, there is a punch of dust spot in the film.I dont really mind about the rude customer service when i brought the car there, just need a good tint window but...I dont know what to say. I hope they will correct my tint window later.Updated: well they said that this is how it should be

The team at Derand did an absolutely fantastic job with my Corolla as they installed the splitter and spoiler, as well had window guards and a dash cam put in.They previously installed my sub and trusted them to do a great job and they came through in spades.

I have been coming to Derand for our vehicles window tint, auto start installation and speaker upgrades for a little over 9 years now (most recently, a window tint on a 2023 Sentra). The prices have always been and remain extremely reasonable (especially with today's current inflation). I must say that the staff is not only highly knowledgeable but also very friendly, professional and the work rendered has always exceeded our expectations. They never gouge customer's but rather help them and explain what is what and recommend products based on your needs. All in all, I have never had a bad experience with Derand and highly recommend you visit them for any of your vehicles needs.

[Updated 2023-06-09]My experience with Derrand Motor Sports was nothing short of a nightmare. I invested a substantial amount, nearly $3,000, in purchasing an Emmo Mini E-bike, only to discover that it was assembled incorrectly right from the start. This negligence led to severe damage to the disk brakes, brake calipers, and incorrectly installed gears. Naturally, I promptly informed Derrand Motor Sports about the issue, expecting them to take responsibility and provide the necessary repairs.To my dismay, their response was utterly unsatisfactory. I was informed that they lacked the knowledge and expertise to service the e-bike I had purchased, or any electric bicycles for that matter. Their stance was that they solely focused on selling the product and had no interest in providing after-sales support or addressing any technical problems that might arise.It was a struggle just to get them to acknowledge the problem, let alone provide a solution. In fact, during our conversation, one of their staff members brazenly stated, None of us know the problem." I was dumbfounded by their lack of accountability and unwillingness to rectify their own mistakes.I find it absolutely outrageous that after spending a significant amount of money on this bike

Bought my second bike this past weekend and I picked the monster Electric bike. I’m so impressed with the service I received from Andre & the team and would highly recommend if you’re looking for a great electric bike these are the guys to go to. I had a couple of choices to go threw like purchasing the best battery & Andre was the person I dealt with mostly. My new bike had some awesome new features like the blue tooth radio & speakers, bendable signal lights and the paint scheme I picked was black & blue.Thanks Andre & the team :)

I had a horrible experience today with this business. I made an appointment a week ago to get my tint done today at 15Jun23 @ 0900 hrs. I arrived at 0900 hrs to be told come back at 1000 hrs. I came back at 1000 hrs to be told come back at 1100 hrs cause the tinter was not there. I came back at 1100 hrs to be told tinter was not there. Then I was told to leave vehicle all day when I was told the previous week it would take 2 hours to complete. While all this was happening, the customer ahead of me had an appointment to have an amplifier modified or installed where the technician was still in his bed. How do I know ? Well, his colleague called him via speaker phone where entire store can hear everything unbenounced to the technician. Talk about awkward. So if you value punctuality, professionalism and time management; save yourself the aggrevation and stear clear of this merchant and learn from my misfortune. Thank you.

Andre has positively horrible customer service. Blaming my Emmo bike's issues on the fact that I should have bought an e-bicycle. Then tried to say it was because it wasn't purchased at Derrand (it has a Derrand licence plate on it) Then said it had been on the stand on Friday for 3 hours having a tech look at it. I called the next day (Saturday) and was told that the tech had been sick for the last 3 days. Told I didn't drop off the charger, that was the issue (it's in the bike) Told I needed new batteries (they are new). I paid $850 last week for a repair and it's still not holding a charge, and I have no idea how to have a reasonable conversation with this person as you have NO idea what is going on in your store and are clearly lying about what is going on.You keep changing your story. You never called me. They are NEW batteries. I tried to mention this twice to you.

Not a good experience. I was told the job would take 4 to 6 hours but they had my car for 4 days. First excuse was their employee had an appt and couldn’t finish it. Then they ordered wrong lights, then some of the lights didn’t work, then the lights didn’t fit.Very frustrating experience.

I can’t say enough about this company Derand and service wax excellent . .Advising everyone when you buy on line for e bike or scooters etc .You will not received service . The Owner Andre Derand heard me out . Was over loaded with his own customers . Help me had my scooter mobility bike. He picked up by his driver and brought back less than a week. Everyone I spoke to went beyond to help me . Bob a phone representative was listen . Help us out as soon as he could .Call back as promiseThe Driver who picked up scooter was kind and considerate .Thank you so much AndreAgain customers go to a dealer to buy your equipment directly .
