REALTY EXECUTIVES ULTRA

Used Realty Executives Ultra Brian Pedersen as a property manager for our two rental properties for two years. Rent was collected on the 1st of the month and supposed to be released to the owners on the 20th. This was almost never the case, rent was always late, and we always felt like we had to chase down the payments. There are many times we had to shift money around to pay our mortgage on time. Brian tells us this was their brokerage (Realty Executives Ultra)'s fault. Okay, we accepted it and tried to be understanding.On July 18, 2022, we were notified they will no longer be operating as property managers effective July 31st. Very short notice, but fair enough. We chose to take over the properties to manage ourselves. We did not receive effective contact information for our renters until July 29th and August 1st, resulting in some stressful times trying to collect rent. When the final payout was issued, we were shorted over $4000. No explanations provided from Brian or Realty Executives Ultra.We reflected this to Brian but did not hear any updates. After waiting for over a week, we tried contacting Brian to inquire only to be told that it was not his responsibility and that he was not in charge of the accounting." He says Realty Executives Ultra was responsible for our missing money and that he was only their agent. He yelled at me on the phone and would not let me finish my sentences.
