Great experience from start to finish . Shannon was great help with purchase, storage and delivery info through multiple emails and phone calls. The two delivery guys did an awesome job getting the sofabed up onto the deck and in through the patio slider. They were both efficient and friendly. They were happy to undo packing straps and show us how the sofabed folded out and back and took away all the cardboard and plastic packaging.Job well done.Next time we need furniture we will go to Ashley’s in Trail with no hesitation.

Ashley’s was great to work with. Jessica helped me with all my questions and showed me samples of all the materials for sofas I was interested in. She also explained the different fabrics. I was shopping for a charity on a limited budget and they gave us an excellent price on two sofas. The sofas look excellent in our space and the youth are so excited to have comfortable seating. Hats off to Ashley’s!

Ordered an adjustable bed and it came with a defective remote. They said they would order a new one and set it up. 8 months later and 6 visits and still have no remote. Horrible service and they don't care about the customer at all.

My family and I went in to see about getting a new couch and ottoman set. We were greeted by Jas and he immediately welcomed us to his store. Jas and his team are fantastic, they know there stuff and will help you find the right furniture for your family and home. We looked at alot of couches and combed through brochures and could not make up our minds on the right couch. Jas assured us that he had the right" couch for us and took us to the last couch we had not seen yet. We'll it was the "one"
