Waited and waited at drive thru order screen. Gave up..drove up and ordered. Sauage egg mcmuffin...had no egg and english muffin not even toasted?Too many bad, under cooked. Wrong food received. Under cooked unsalted fries.. too many bad incidents.Problem is obviously bad floor managers or undertraining.

Not a clean place, food was very cold as bad a I had to ask them twice to change my meal. I used to go to this location often. I guess that is not going to be my first choice anymore.

Placed our order waited 10 mins well we watched staff place their order after ours, get theirs and leave. We ordered a single drink…I would like to say this is the first time. It’s not this is a recurring issue here, constantly watch staff having personal conversations rather then deal with customers.

Super nice and friendly staff but speed of service and quality of food / order correctness is lacking.I ordered a BLT bagel combo during breakfast in the drive through line. 1 car a head of me and none behind. I was pulled into spot 1 to wait over 6 mins to get my food. All while other cars that came after me ordered, paid and drove off with their food.Another time we ordered food after work through the drive through. Again no line up. Ordered 2 meals. Was told to go to spot 1 and park. Waited again 5+ mins all while other cars ordered, paid, and drove off with their food.Got home to eat the burger (BBQ Chipotle Quarter Pounder) only to find the smallest amount of BBQ sauce on it and no bacon like it’s supposed to have.Their drive through window Sprite is always missing syrup and tastes like tv static.No sure if this is a training McDonalds or if they need more staff but they need to do something to fix it.

The two young ladies were a great sight, after a long drive to and from Owen Sound.They were fun, happy and the best advertisement for this franchise on a Sunday night at nearly 10:22 pm ever!!!Yes, got Mc D's food, but these girls helped make a long day, fresh and happier.

With your recent staff hiring, this McDonald's has gone downhill. The staff often make errors in our orders and some are neither helpful or pleasant.

Good service. Disgusting lettuce and when I called to mention no answer. Junior chicken. Barf!! It was my lunch and I needed to eat so I picked off the lettuce and the rest was good but very very disappointing that someone would consider this lettuce acceptable to serve. Makes you wonder. Not impressed

There was a press on nail in my spouse's big Mac, I reached out to customer service and the never got back. I emailed again and they said they would get back to me, which they never did.Won't be eating from this location again!
