I love this place,Their drink and their service but they recently got a different worker in and she is incredibly slow. I know she is a new worker but it took her 5 minutes just to add $8 to the cash. I said cash and she gave me a machine to pay debit. Then it took her 5 more minutes just to change it back. Then another whole 5 minutes to give me my change. $1.20 anyways I love the 3 people who usually serve me. But the new one is just…

Very quiet location - not busy when I came in. They offer a lot of fruit tea selections with a higher-end price. The service was very friendly and prompt (not always the case even with empty boba shops). I got my drinks made perfectly within 1 minute of ordering. The brown sugar pearl black tea latte was flavourful and not overly sweet. Softer tapioca pearls were unique, but nothing to complain about. Overall, the place was clean and service and drinks were good - I would definitely return here!

Yi Fang Taiwan Fruit Tea
Got the winter melon trio and was pleasantly surprised. The drink was refreshing and was not overly sweet (even though sugar levels were fixed for this drink), and enjoyed the toppings (grass jelly, sago and tapioca). The price is a bit more expensive than other bbt branches. Had a milk tea drink from here before and the tapioca was more on the soggy side, but this time around the tapioca was good texture. The bbt place itself is very clean and aesthetic.

Really wanted to try their Yi Fang fruit tea but sadly their $2 promotion was over for the day. However, they did have a 20% any drink promotion. Decided to get the brown sugar pearl matcha latte since it looked so good and it was delicious. The staff is nice and explained the menu highlighting their popular drinks. Yi Fang Taiwan Fruit Tea
This is by far the BEST bubble tea you can get. I'm actually kinda bummed that I tried it because now when I go anywhere else for bubble tea I'm disappointed. But I just ordered random stuff until I found one I liked. I 100% recommend the winter melon bubble tea with tapioca pearls. If you get brown sugar pearls it's VERY sweet so I don't do that but I recommend it for anyone with a sweet tooth.

Yi Fang Taiwan Fruit Tea
Literally the best fruit tea anywhere. This Waterloo location is specifically the best; better than the Toronto locations because of the better fruit quality. Also the only place that doesn't ask for a tip, so it's not as pricey as it seems.Milk teas are mediocre, though. Go to CoCo or the Alley.
