I cannot say enough about my experience at Alumnor Life. Nelofar has seen me for a few months now and she has changed my life. I was suffering from severe depression and anxiety and I was on sickleave from work. A combination of talk therapy and MPS treatment with Nelofar has truly made the biggest impact on my life after trying so many different therapies and medication‘s to help cope. She finishes off each session with a therapy called MPS. This painless therapy needs to be more recognized and used by more people. You will NOT be sorry!Nelofar has not only help me cope with my anxiety and depression, but I finally have relief and hope and I see such a difference in myself. I am starting to like myself which I have not ever been able to say. The day after each session I am able to breathe again, I sleep a good nights sleep, my appetite is back, my brain feels clear and I am genuinely HAPPY! She is so calming and educated and understanding.The first time I met her I told her I did not want to be on medication anymore. She did not lie to me and tell me she would heal me and that I would never have to be on medication again. She just told me to be in the present and take it a day at a time. After that first session I did not wake up at 5 AM trembling the next morning, I did not get nauseous at the site or smell of food, I did not feel completely helpless.For mental health or pain… You need to see Nelofar!!! I saw through the recommendation of my insurance company I can clearly say it was the worst medical visit I had. All she saw was a big fat paycheck she never listened to me She knew how I feeling better than me. She made me feel worse .I was supposed to see her for grief counseling instead I was given physical therapy. I had massive headache from her treatments. She said to me I will never be 100% better I hated going to see her .I will never recommend anyone to her she does not care about her patients all she cares is about money.

I had to do treatment for severe knee & joint pains. I contacted Nelofar, an occupational therapist & did about 6 weeks of sessions with her. She was very patient & understanding & gave me exercises to do that has improved my mobility a lot. I highly recommend Nelofar. Thank you for helping me
