The staff (nurses) are very friendly with great bedside manner. They seem to make things as painless as they can. Wait times are generally quite low ~15 mins.Note:I have visited this location mainly for vaccinations, so my experience is somewhat limited.

I was so happy that I received help from a doctor in a short period of time! I talked to a couple of triage people who then set up a virtual doctor phone call. Red deer is fortunate to have this clinic!

BEYOND happy with my experience here! Booked an appointment with a well knowledged/travelled woman who was so excited for my trip to Asia. She gave me the ins and outs of everything, wrote a bunch of stuff down and we managed to laugh and talk about her son.I left with knowledge and confidence in all the shots I was getting. I forget her name but she was so refreshing to deal with, as most clinics all the nurses and doctors have a hard time showing interest in their jobs.I went a year ago and ive sent a lot of my friends to this clinic for the proper shots!Thanks again for your amazing company and service!!

The reception area is unorganized. Every time you call you have to leave a message because they do not pick up the phone. The voicemail says they will return your call in 2 days. You end up having to play phone tag until you can talk to someone. Every time I go there, there are 5 people working reception. I was there for a TB test and I needed to return in 24-48 hrs. I came back in 47 hrs and I had to wait an hour before they could see me. Two nurses were 10ft away from me talking about me. One nurse was saying I was not happy" and the other one said " Well

Had my child’s 1st immunization shots booked today.... we booked this appointment 4 weeks ago and would’ve loved to pick a different day but that was all they had available at that time. We received a call this morning 4 hours prior to our appointment to cancel because they decided to close the office early today. The next appointment they offered is now 2-3 weeks away. To top it off they informed us they had a cancellation early that morning but sorry we didn’t think about calling anyone to fill from the canceled appointments.

I was very satisfied with my first experience here. They kindly accommodated our request for a specific vaccine injection quickly because we have a trip ahead and we needed it. Also, it was really great to meet Karen and have her as our nurse. She was caring, made every moment fun for us, and very friendly. Thanks to you all

The most unprofessional place I’ve experienced in Red Deer. The nurses seem alright but the front desk staff need serious training. They need to fix this issue ASAP. As a health organization, their lack of professionalism and disorganization is troubling. I’ve asked to speak to a a manager and they said someone would get back to me. It is going on one month with no contact whatsoever. Not even a follow-up.

Kudos to the nurses and staff at the Johnstone Crossing Clinic. Had my Covid vaccine there last Friday I was really impressed. They obviously put a lot of time and thought into how to set this up and my appointment went like clockwork. Showed up 5 minutes prior as instructed and was only in the waiting area a short time before being called. The nurse was wonderful and was able to answer any questions I had. Was directed to the other side of the waiting room to sit for 15 minutes to ensure no adverse reactions, and that was it, was on my way home. Thank you so much for making this process as easy as possible.

Absolutely horribly organized. Called several times to get my childrens records and see if they needed any other shots. Have been calling and leaving messages as per the recording and still waiting for phone calls to be returned. They need to figure out a better system. Their recording states that they understand our time is valuable, however they don't seem to really care or they would be making efforts to return calls in a timely matter. I am trying to keep up with my childrens immunizations and book in for one myself and its just impossible.
