FreshCo Upper Gage & Fennell

Was there at around 430p and the cashier short young lady eith long brown hair was very polite. Some of the produce wasn't fresh and wasn't not marked down. Big pack of cherry/Grape tomatoes smelled bad. Check out line ups were very long at times.

Been spending $200-$300 per week here with little to no issues. Last week I opened a pack of chicken thighs and they smelled horrid. Had to go back after work the next day and by then they were GREEN.I let that one slide. Unfortunately this week I had to return 3 out of 4 packs that I had bought again. They smelled horrendous. Even worse, the 4th that I could not return gave me food poisoning the night before. IT WAS LOVELY!I don’t trust this place enough to spend my money any more.

Rude employee and full of attitude when asking questions about price matchingWalked out without my groceries due to her attitude.They were having issues with the code they use supposedly I mentioned that No Frills usually scans it first she said “with attitude” well that’s not how we do itI then said that’s fine I’ll grab it but won’t come back she responded whatever then don’t and walked away I then asked for her name I order to make a complaint she refused then asked for manager she said there isn’t one so I took this photo and proceeded to metro across the street,As for this location I will avoid it in the futureTime stamp April 8th 20238:10pm

Very competitive pricing. Some real deals to be had. Exceedingly well stocked store with wide selection of common brands. Light on alternative food selections like GF. Fresh produce was second rate. Except for prepackaged which was fine.

The prices at freshco are amazing and the stock is always full and has a huge selection of products . The ASTRO yogurt which is the best I think has so many different kinds that are available at freshco. The store is clean and easy to find what your looking for . The store also has an incredible selection of delicious nuts and seeds for a fantastic price and a huge amount!! The vegetables are always fresh and again a massive selection to boot! The fruit is very good as well as the selection of dairy products such as cream milk cheeses and plant based options as I am a vegetarian. There is a huge parking lot at this location as well. All in all I've decided that this is my main grocery store as it has everything I need at the lowest prices and in these times with the price of food it's the best bet!

Even though I've noticed the prices of some products have jumped significantly. It is a clean store, and well stocked.

This location is clean, and the staff are relatively fast and friendly. On occasion, they seem to run out of sale items but will offer rain checks if you ask.Not happy about the new" carts that require a quarter."

I visit this store a lot as it is on my route. Good variety of groceries and fresh vegetables.

Terrible customer service. Im holding 3bushes from the garden centre in my hands and limping because I can barely walk. I ask the gentleman where to pay and does he offer to take my handful and take me or offer to get me a cart NO. He just says you can go inside or to the end where the white tent is. I finally get to the end and ask the cashier if I can leave these here while I get a cart. Does she offer. Again NO. What has happened to customer service. When I get good customer service I am sure to note it and thank them for it. While I was complaining in line so was everyone else. So I wasn’t the only one. I think this store needs to do some work with their employees.
