Rogue cowboys!!DO NOT USE THESE GUYS TO SHIP CARS!We used them to ship 2 cars from Canada to Australia. They were totally covered in mold by the time they got here. When questioned about it, the stated they had never heard of Damp rid??Then one of the cars was damaged at the time of packing as per their photos they sent me, causing AUD10 000.00 worth of damage.Chris has not so much as owed me the respect of a phone call, despite many many messages and calls.I also asked for additional insurance to be taken out, it was, but for total loss only. So i am left with nothing.Lazy & arrogant with ZERO care factor!!NB: Make sure your shippers are registered with IATA, at least they can be held accountable by a global body & you have someone turn to.

I shipped furniture to a family member in Tunisia with Go Transport Canada and everything went really well. The agent was really helpfull with everything. They pick up the furniture a our places in Canada and handle everything. The agent also found us a moving company in Tunisia and help us make sure we had all the documents we need.

GO Transport was our partner in a move to Germany. They were very professional throughout the entire process, from first contact/quotation over continuous communications and final packing/shipping.Only downside is the feeling that our small size move could have been shipped in a more compact, sustainable, and potentially cheaper way. They proposed to go for a 20 foot container exclusively for a 15 cubic meter load. At the end, another family’s move would have fit very well in the same container, potentially splitting the price.Anyways, I highly recommend them.

I searched for several movers and this company was the most transparent one. I had friends who had bad experience with some other companies for their international move e.g., the local movers charge extra fee and the mover who they contracted didn't give much hand to help them out. I was very cautious in finding the one that I could trust. It turned out my choice (Go Transport Canada) was right. They really help you out from the start to the end of the process. Dealing with Go Transport Canada was a pleasure. Moving can be stressful at the best of times, however Barbara Goufas the traffic coordinator made the whole process seamless, she was available to answer any of my concerns and always returned my calls and kept me updated at all times. Their drivers were friendly and professional. I highly recommend Go Transport Canada and would not hesitate to use their services again.

I cannot express enough how much of a disaster my experience with Go Transport Canada was. From start to finish, it was a complete nightmare. Their customer service was utterly unhelpful and seemed clueless about basic logistics. They were unreachable most of the time, and when I did manage to get through, they were unprofessional and rude.To make matters worse, the shipment was delayed not once, but multiple times.Go Transport Canada gave me empty promises and excuses, but it was clear they had no control over the situation. My cargo arrived damaged and mishandled, with no proper explanation or compensation provided.Save yourself the headache and steer clear of Go Transport Canada. They are incompetent, unreliable, and simply not worth your time or money.

We moved from Canada to Spain at the end of 2022 and decided to hire the services of Go Transport Canada because when we visited their office Tara was very helpful and knowledgeable. We are very happy with our decision as the customer service and logistics we received from Tara were amazing. She was very attentive to detail and always responded quickly to any questions we had.
