Red Robins was able to accommodate our big group of 23 and our server jewel went above and beyond with all our orders, spills, drinks, and shenanigans. We got the bottomless broccoli and we almost cleared them out.Fantastic team and superb smiles all around

Red Robin Gourmet Burgers and Brews
I came here for the first time since their renovations and they look great. The seating is comfortable everything is very clean. Our waitress Kirsten was amazing, she was so nice and helpful. The food was great and the Steakhouse Burger was the best I’ve ever had from Red Robins.It was a great experience overall!

I do not recommend taking out food from this specific location.This is my 3 time taking out and I've been very disappointed all 3 times but this is the worst.I will let the picture speak for itself.This support is a grilled chicken breakfast.It had to go garbage.For sure it will be the last time ordering takeout from this location.

We usually love our visit to Red Robins but we’re very unsaturated today. Today we came there to celebrate my sons 16th birthday. They tried wearing us in a tight area with another family right next to us. Definitely not COVID friendly. They let us sit at another table when we mentioned it to them. We ordered Spinach and artichoke dip and it came with the rest of the food. The chips were burnt and cold as well as the dip. The fish and chips I got was also cold, heavily battered and hard. The waitress was not in a good mood. She did not wish my son a Happy Birthday even though we told her 2x that it was his birthday. She did not bring his order because she said she though he was sharing with my husband even though they ordered different meals. I asked about a birthday dessert and she said he didn’t get one because he was not part of the royalty program. He didn’t want us to pay for one. We understand that this is a challenging time for people but customer service should still be a priority.

Clean, delicious, affordable, great service and huge portions! You just cant find a better place in Red Robin. I personally love the breakfast and havnt had many other items but it's all delicious. The servers are all amazing and even when busy we have great experience. Lots of seating with big tables so a great option for family or larger parties. Grateful for this place! Couldnt have better things to say about this place!

It was a very busy night about an hour before close, we were seated quickly (family of 5) drinks orders taken and brought right away, food order taken and brought out fairly quick considering how busy they were and all mods made perfectly. Bathrooms were very clean and resturant was very clean especially for end of night after a busy service. Our server was awesome, unfortunately didn't get her name but she was very kind, helpful and astute. We don't live close to this location but will still be back! Highly recommend and a very nice decor.

We ordered off of Uber eats so we expect the quality to be a bit lower than in restaurant however, we were presented with abismal inedible food. It was freezing cold upon arrival and that's probably because our burgers were undercooked and raw. As well, we ordered poutine fries which were a sad sprinkling of cheese with jello like gravy". I tried to reheat the burgers in the oven to finish cooking them but they ended up being so dried out and flavorless we just threw them in the trash after a few bites. Avoid this establishment unless you want to pay $50+ for two burgers that will go into the bin."

Red Robin’s has always been a family favorite to celebrate birthdays. We haven’t been in a few months and was looking forward to a nice family dinner for my sons birthday. We had to wait to be seated(to be expected) but the atmosphere was chaos and felt very rushed for a Tuesday night. We waited a good ten mins before someone came to take our drink order and Our drinks took forever (came 5 mins before our meal at the most) and others who ordered their drinks after us got theirs before us. Thankfully I had asked for some fries to start before we sat down to eat.Our server was very nice and working her hardest therefore I never complained but they were definitely understaffed at this location.I would not recommend and not sure when I will attempt to return to this location luckily my son enjoyed his Birthday song and sundae like every year.

We usually enjoy having food in Red Robin, we went to this branch(meadow) for the first time. Each person in our group got burgers, but I ordered Ensanada chicken platter which is a bowl of salad (lettuce, tomato, cheese, tortilla chips, and side of salsa) and grilled chicken creast on top. It comes with a side, which I chose Fries! But when it came I got shocked! It was a tray filled with fries and a side of poor chicken breast!! I told the lady that it is not my first time ordering this, it should come with salad and in a bowl! She said oh my bad, let me bring salad for you, then she came back with a side of normal salad that they usually serve with other meals on the side!!! I told her the salad that comes with my meal is different. She said oh let me bring that then...then came back with a side of salad that should be...I really expect that she brings me the whole meal in the way that should be...not everything separately like that! during this time all my friends finished their food!! I didn't enjoy being with my friends and having my meal at all... such an unfortunate!!!!!

We visited Red Robin on Monday Feb 20, made a reservation for 20 pp but ended up being 40 of us (Hockey team) their service was unreal. They were able to accommodate all of us, they were very penitence, nice and kind.Great customer service from all the staff.We had a very tight schedule so we asked to get the kids food ready first as we were in a bit of rush to make it to the game.They went above and beyond, the transaction went nice and smooth plus it was very clean.Will definitely recommend Red Robin.
