Bought a Canadian made drain for my kitchen sink. It was cheaper here than at the big box stores.

December 12, 2014 sink, taps for the sink and bath tub and the kit for a tub was ordered.April 3, 2015 - my bath tub is finally useable.I regret purchasing from this company - it was one frustrating experience after another.First the wrong sink was ordered.Then there was a missing bolt for the bath kitThen the bar for the tub was not adjustable so we had to order another part and then jury rig the parts..Finally the hand set wouldn't operate directly from the taps - again another 'jury rig' was done.The staff were friendly and tried their best but they were not experienced enough to order the correct parts.Previous staff , who no longer work there, were amazing and gave us so much valuable information.This is why we returned to the company.We will not be going back again.

While shopping for vanities at Rock Solid Supply, a contractor in the showroom spoke up telling everyone about Yorkwest Plumbing being a great place for fixtures. Upon visiting their show room we were greeted by Susan and Stephan and invited to look around at our leisure. They answered our many questions and offered suggestions on styles, fixture finishes, etc. We left with shower door system, pan, and fixtures, vanity fixtures, and free standing tub fixtures. One stop shopping with decent pricing, and order timeline.

Long story short, went in looking for a replacement faucet for the laundry tub. Came out with an actual plan of how to fix the leak. Super friendly and super helpful service. Go here first.

My experience with Yorkwest Plumbing was a positive one. The showroom is well maintained and shows beautifully. There is plenty of selection and the staff is always helpful and attentive. My experience with Stephen was great. Stephen was pleasant, Knowledgeable and lead me right to the perfect sink faucet and toilet to bring my outdated main washroom to life. Fantastic customer service. I needed them and they were right there for me - going above and beyond. Shipped a part to me twice with no extra charge, even though it was necessary because of my mistake. Very knowledgeable people, and I would definitely recommend to family and friends!

Minor little plumbing problem during the third lockdown. I need a part/ solution to stop a drip that could have cause a flood in my basement kitchen. Thank you to these guys/gal, without breaking any covid rules got the part/solution I needed.

I'm just your average homeowner wanting to repair a leaky bathtub faucet myself rather than hiring someone in. So I brought the part to Yorkwest in Barrie to show the parts counter what I needed, but sadly, they were sold out. Now armed with a little more understanding (I.E., I know what the part is called now), I proceeded to Home Depot, where the part was $50 but also sold out. Must be a popular item. So I called Yorkwest by phone and asked if they could order the part in for me, which they were happy to do. It arrived in under a week, so I drove in to pick it up. But here's the kicker: Not only did I appreciate the great service so far, but the gentleman at the parts counter just handed it to me. It's under warranty" he said. #Mindblown - Thanks Yorkwest. That was icing on the cake. I'll be back
