Did a fantastic job! We found him on homestars and he showed up when he promised and finished the job on time. We couldn’t find a reliable tile guy to save our lives until we found Platinum. I would recommend him to anyone looking for quality tile work :)

The best there is out there by far. I was blow away by the work that was done and how he took the time to take care of the small details. Showed up on time everyday and now the bathroom looks amazing. If you’re looking for a tile guy don’t look any further

Worst experience, a complete nightmare!!When we first met Lukasz to go over the project we were very excited to start working with him he seemed professional and reliable. The moment the project started he became a complete different person. I've worked with over 15 contractors in the past year on our home renovation and never felt so frustrated and uncomfortable with anyone before. He left the project half way done without even discussing it he simply sent a guy to pick up their stuff and left without saying anything, left the door open, lights on and garbage in.He is extremely unprofessional he would say he will come x day and then on the night before or the day of he would cancel and reschedule for a later day or week, he would also show up late and work different projects at the same time so there was minimum focus on any. He sent a guy to do the job with no experience, we had wood looking tiles and they were installed as any square tile. I never discussed with him the pattern as I would think he knew that wood tile is installed offset. He had to redo everything again which he offered to do but he wanted to only cover $2 sq for the new material and stop the project for 2 weeks when my tile was $7sq and I had told him we were on a tight schedule. After much discussion he agreed to pay one like mine. I was not able to find the exact one so we purchased something similar in color. He obviously did not even pay for it as he left us hanging.Lukas was arrogant and disrespectful, has zero customer service and does not know how to deal with people at all. He blamed his guy for the mistakes when we hired his company not his employees. He gave us a price for some things on the first day we met and then changed after once the project had started e also with materials that he was providing.He was taking forever on our project because he would send his guy to work for couple of hours only. We had different tiles for around the kitchen and the washroom to install and went over it with him like 4 times cause they would just not listen or pay attention, I even printed out everything in detail and pinned it on one of the walls for them to see and you would think that after having to redo the entire floor they would be more careful well on the day the guy came back to redo the tile which he didn't even finish, I had to go over the details again as he had not even taken a look nor lukasz had discussed with him and still did not know that we were doing different tiles all around. I also specifically told him to mixed the old and the new tiles as they were not all the same as I could not find the exact tile anymore and he just did whatever he wanted.I was very much frustrated with the entire project but most importantly with the attitude and disrespect from the contractor. I never in the whole year Of renovations had any issue with anyone before, and if there were any issues or mistakes the contractor would talk about it and we'd come to an understanding. No matter what price you offer and how good or bad you do the job the way you treat people says everything about who you are as a company and as a person. A company should not be rated and chosen by only on when things go smooth but on how they deal with issues and mistakes too. Clearly this company and this person does not have any idea what it is to be professional. This company is not reliable and does not have respect for their customers do not recommend it at all.

Lukasz and his team did a complete stone and tile job for my custom home and did a great job, I highly recommend them for any of your stone and tile work.

We had a large project to redo our facade of our commercial building. We had an idea, but Lucas at Platnium Tile and Stone took that idea and made it a reality. The tile work was great, and also the interior finishing along with drywall and paint worked perfect. Would highly recommend this company
