I recently purchased a vehicle here and found the entire process to be smooth and straightforward, even coming from the Interior and needing a few days to order payment, arrange travel and book a tire appointment to drive back.The salesman we worked with, Joel, was very helpful to answer questions and facilitate the purchase.I believe the biggest improvement that could be made is to provide a more comprehensive inspection report as the mechanical safety report provided is very limited and can hardly be relied on to make a good purchase decision. A proper inspection report should include full mechanical and cosmetic inspection with details such as brake pad measurements, tire tread depth, paint/body defects, and the operation of vehicle electronics.Overall it was a good experience and would recommend BC Dealers Trade In Centre to anyone looking for good cars at competitive prices.

We went to BC Dealers Trade-in Center as they advertised a few vehicles we were interested in. Joel our salesman was very professional, he had the answers to all of our questions and made the whole experience stress-free.We purchased a vehicle and took delivery the same day. Joel even washed the car before we left.If you are looking for a used vehicle and want a no-pressure experience, I highly recommend BC Dealers Trade-In Center. All the vehicles are certified by a third party and they provide the carfax for your inspection.

Bought a car that had the bumper just glued on. Didn't know until the heatwave a couple weeks ago as the bumper started to peel away from the car. When I went there for help they basically told me to rub salt. Don't waste your money here...

I want to start off by stating have no purchase experience at this place, but I also want to say while looking for my first vehicle I've met a few pushy sales people who don't get the hint.I now feel slightly bad looking back on it but I would like to say the sales team here is super friendly and understands when u say I'm just doing a quick browse.His greeting was top notch and when I explained I just started looking and comparing he said sounds great if you have any questions let me know then told me the hours as he went off to help someone else.Even if it's not my first vehicle I'm definitely coming back here and actually recommend people to go here.

Good quality cars backed with great customer service. Very Accommodating people. We had Joèl to handle our purchase, this guy is a 10/10 in customer handling ability. Great customer service indeed!

Buyer beware. Bought a used truck and was lied to about a few things and it ended up costing me a lot of money. My own fault for putting any trust in them.Was told the sound it made when it started was a flap designed to regulate air intake to the cold engine. It was actually a crack in the exhaust manifold. Thing is I didn't even ask about it he brought it up and straight up lied without prompt. Wouldn't have even been a deal breaker if they were honest.Power windows and radio didn't work during test drive put condition they repaired them before purchasing. Turns out they did a makeshift repair of the fuse box that had problems do the windshield being installed so poorly that it leaked water directly onto it. Since they repaired" it they would have known water was coming in from somewhere. After the first major rain (bought in the summer of course) it ended up frying a lot of electrical and cost 5k to fix. Company that repaired the windshield said they have never seen such a poorly installed windshield and the fix the fuse box was temporary at best.I expect buying a used vehicle that there are going to be repairs and I know they can't know every problem with the vehicles they sell as they are a reseller. I do not appreciate be straight up lied to and misled."

Came here because of the great reviews. Was not disappointed. I am a first-time car owner, looking to do business with a dealer I can trust. Joel was accommodating, patient and fair throughout our exchanges.They have a lot of cars that will fit most needs, and are exceptionally well priced and maintained. I visited 3 other dealers and came back here because they have good cars in my budget. More importantly, I came back because I trust Joel. They offer warranty and licensing there as well, which is a big plus.Would recommend anyone to at least visit this place. 10/10.

Best and fair prices in town. I needed a car for work and they sold me a really reliable car, other then my regular maintenance, I have had no big issues with my car and better yet, no big financial surprises. I bought a 2009 4door sedan. To me, kilometers means nothing when buying a used car, the most important thing was if the car was regularly maintenanced and how the previous owners took care of it. This is the only car sales dealership I’ve been to where they know how to fix cars as well, which is very important when buying a used car because they’re able to tell you the pros and cons of all their cars they sell and they provide you an estimate on car fixes and maintenance, and what were the common car issues for every car brand they sell. You can trust that they will give you all the information you need like the maintenance history and whatever else you need to know. The owner’s car knowledge and experience was very helpful when you’re buying a car and you know nothing about car mechanics. The owner is honest and you will not be disappointed with what you buy because he is super transparent about all his products. I was very happy with all his car knowledge which gave me confidence in the car I bought. He answered all my silly questions with patience. Buying used cars can be intimidating but they made sure I was aware of everything when I bought my car. They even have the car insurance guy come so it’s a one stop shop. This was the best used car buying experience I’ve ever had. My new used car is running beautifully and I’ve had no issues driving my car for work.

My son bought his first NEW (to him) car last week from salesman Kurt Waber.Disclosure was as good as you could ask with Carfax provided and offers for an extended warranty. Kurt answered all questions and treated my son very well. Test drive went well enough to convince my son this was his car.My son bought the car and drove it less than 30 KMS and it stopped working. Kurt and the dealership did not hesitate to resolve the issue. We were satisfied but wanted to ensure the car was in decent condition. We took it to our mechanic who inspected it and needless to say, it needed more work. When presented with this information, the owner did not hesitate to return our money. Can't say ill be back but they handled themselves smartly.
