easyhome Rent to Own

The worst customer service experience I have had since moving to Victoria. I was looking for a couch and checking in to see what else had to be done. They were incredibly rude, the worst customer experience i have ever had. I decided not to give them my money if that's how they treat people.

Never again. Have rented in the past however this year, 2022 the experience was terrible. When the rental bed arrived there were stains on the mattress and we pointed it out to delivery personnel. He went to delivery truck and returned with what was supposed to be a new " mattress cover. It was dusty. A week after bed was delivered I get a call from store staff about an " outstanding balance "

good pricing, however when you pay off a bedroom set, 9 years ago, you ask to be discontinued off of mailing lists. you dont expect on going mail or phone calls. Need to understand a customer's privacy and requests, after being asked several times not to be emailed, called, or sent mail! No means no..thanks!

I have been a off and on customer.Always treated well by the staff. Fast delivery yes.

They over charge you and don't bother to contact you when they can't get their money.Been paying them for nearly 2 years and they billed me over double what the correct bill should of been. Thanks

I have been using easyhome for several years, they have always gone above and beyond for me, they treat me fair and like a person, not an account number.I am always quick to share with people my experiences with them, their customer service and ability to ALWAYS obtain and deliver the products I want makes them stand out amongst other companies.I honestly wouldn't take my business elsewhere

The management has poor people skills and as for the products are good the cost is high and all fairness I would not recommend this company due to management I have put my complaints and concerns forward but nothing has been done the next step is the better business bureau

Have been a customer of the store in Victoria for over 15 years and have overall been happy. However, the current manager has made me rethink my relationship with the store. He is pushy and dismissive when you decline offers. The cleanliness of the store has also deteriorated, quality of stock on the floor is not a true reflection of what the company has to offer. The only reason I would continue my relationship with this store is if other long time staff members stay. They are polite curtious and try to meet your needs within your budget. Sadly I do not think they will stay if management does not change and that will be the end of my relationship with them.

Straight up Crook's. They are running a scam where they sell you a 4K TV but when you look at the actual model number in TV settings you then find out they sold you a completely different TV that's only 1080p. Who knows what else they are doing there. Here are pictures of the model number they sold me and here's the real one on the TV.
