I rate this company 1 star for their slackness.My heat stopped working fully and was blowing cold air, this was an on going issues that was due to this company's poor installation 2 years prior.First- They took way too long to come to my house in an emergency situations(my heat stopped working) and then they also took a few days to return to complete the repair.Second- they had different excuses on why they did not show up for their appointments on two separate occasions.Third- they did not fix the problem I had with the furnace. It cost $300 in repairs and they missed the issue that was blocking the drain which caused the water to back up in the first place. They blamed it on us not changing the filter(it was very dirty) but not the real issue.I found this out by using another service provider(Reliance) who showed up on time, fixed the issue and let me know the details on why this was happening, (even Reliance couldn't believe that they missed the actual blockage) it took them less than 3 mins to find and fix the issue. Best part they didn't over charge like green approve solutions did.I paid $100 diagnostic fee with (Reliance) and now the furnace has been working well.I contacted this company and explained all the above, asked for a refund and got no response.Ain't that great service?

We recently purchased a triplex and least to say everything was old. First the water heater quit on us, I googled and found Green Approved Solutions. Jason came that day and by end of day there was a new water heater installed and all our tenants were very happy. A month later the heating system failed and as simple as a phone call Jason had his technician there and a new boiler system installed same day. Again, very happy tenants with this cold winter weather. If that was it they would be a good company but what makes them a great company is that like I said earlier it's an old building. The installation took alot more work then usual, I was expecting quite the bill for all the additional work and parts. But when all was said and done, not a single extra charge. That to me is what makes a great company rise above the other companies who only care above the bottom dollar. Thank you Jason

Most speedy and efficient!Call here first!! After calling multiple companies regarding my heater I wasn’t able to get any help, especially 24/7 services. Would highly recommend to anyone! No complaints whatsoever

Friendly informative andextrmemy honest price wise.I highly recommend them and believe me dont waste time calling another company these guys are the best I've ever experienced.

i have a problem with the Cooler they installed, i am trying to get help from hem and no one answer. Jason the guy who i made contract with even didn't told me that heating and cooler not working in the winter if is more cold that _10. now i have again to install furnace.

Green Approved Solutions went out of their way to speed up the installation of my furnace. They also gave me a great information about all the rebates available to me. Great company, honest and good customer service.

Excellent work all along. Good communications, no waiting time, professional installation, and very reasonable price. Nothing bad to say. Lost hot water 10pm and they came over the next morning. The installation took place on a Sunday of a long weekend. They are the best from my experience.

We used them to install a new water heater and an air conditioner. They really went out of their way to ensure we were completely satisfied, when there were a couple of hiccups. I really appreciate it. Thank you Jason and team. You will be my first call for any future needs.

We have replaced our AC and furnace about two years ago and so far, the furnace works quite well. However, the installers were awfully rude and intrusive.In response to your reply: Thank you, the job was done under my husband’s name. We still keep the receipt, so I'm quite sure it's the right company.

My experience with this company was GREAT! They were timely, responsive, very detailed and commutative. They solved the problem promptly and now we have heat in the home again. Thank you for taking the call with little notice and especially thanks to Jason for all his efforts. I will definitely be using this company again!
