Strippers Furniture Restoration
They fixed a fracture in the finish of an expensive cherry wood dining room table. And they did a perfect job. You couldn't see the area where the repair was made unless you looked very very closely. And even then it matched the pattern of the wood. Cost was $220 which I thought was very fair. They were professional, answered their phones! And kept in touch with me throughout the entire process. Overall an excellent furniture repair shop.

Strippers Furniture Restoration
They do beautiful work. No one in town does actual dip stripping any more, but Strippers does something similar - a flow-over technique that accomplishes the same thing using less chemical. They also do other sorts of furniture repair. We have taken various pieces to them, over the years, and have always been pleased with the work.

Small project. Took forever. No one was around to let us know the progress. In hindsight, I should have done this myself. I have refinished furniture before. This is not rocket science!

Strippers Furniture Restoration
We have been restoring the woodwork in our 1920s home. In the event there is too much paint/popcorn on some trim for us to want to deal with, we have taken it to the Strippers. They have done a fantastic job each time. The wood has come back in great shape and they clearly take very good care of it. The staff have always been excellent and have made sure we are happy with it. I wish all businesses had the same standard for quality and customer service.

I wanted to see how good of a job they did so I brought in one chair of a whole dining set and planned on using the the job they did with that to see if I should bring in the rest. $180.00 and two YEARS later I finally got my chair back. It took several phone calls asking for updates, and the final job was underwhelming.Update. It absolutely took two years and they damaged the chair.

AMAZING work. I found this business on Google maps via reviews and will definitely be back! In particular, pictured below, they completely repaired a wooden lion souvenir that I had brought back from Kenya. The back right leg and tail were completely snapped off be rough baggage handling during my return flight. Today when I picked it up after the completed repair I was amazed - I can't even tell where the original crack used to be. I only regret that I don't have a before" photo to post along with this one. Great work guys!"

We took some fine quality Heywood Wakefield furniture to Strippers. The old maple pieces needed refinishing. They listened to our concerns and devised a plan for our furniture. It took 2 months to get the work done. Long time? It was quite expensive. Yet in the end, the furniture turned out beautiful, reglued and solid. They did a great job. Perhaps you get what you pay for? I'd take other work to them.

Wonderful place! They recently repaired a latch for a desk drawer, as there were no replacement parts to be found. It works perfectly now - just like new.I highly recommend these guys!
