Aggressive sales tactics, upselling, rude staff that displays nervous energy and always makes it seem like your presence in the store triggers annoyance. Short store hours. Unreasonable return policy. I will never return to this location. Have had a much more pleasant and helpful overall experience at the Mississauga location, as well as at Sephora's.

The sales lady there was so helpful and nice. She helped advise what products to get over the phone, due to Covid-19. She packed everything and had it ready for me for the time we arranged. They have a system where you can tap your credit card on the machine through the window, and then they put your bag in a basket outside. Amazing customer service and resourcefulness in hard times. Spectacular!!

Love this place. The staff are very friendly and knowledgeable. So helpful. Whenever I go in I know I will get the help and advice I need. They have a really great points program as well. Prices are excellent compared to big box stores. Lots of selection as well. Best place to go to in Etobicoke for beauty supplies. They seem to specialize in hair products. I even noticed extensions. I'll have to take a better look when I go next time. Parking is abundant and the location is convenient. Right off the highway.

I would recommend this store. The staff was very knowledgeable. I wanted to do my own foil highlights, and after speaking to the staff, I reconsidered after I realized what was involved. The staff were quite willing and wanted to help me but I did not have all the information with me in order to be able to make a good decision. Thank-you!! I will definitely return when I have all the information.

I walked in aimlessly, and the woman working there was so genuine and helpful.She offered some insight on some products without selling or being pushy.As it turns out, the products in stock weren't really for my hair type, but I still had a great experience.Thank you!

I had a great experience , was looking for a matte hair wax/clay that holds while looking dry, found the perfect product very knowledgeable staff and owner. I’m a permanent customer now absolutely

Bought hair toner and when I went to use it that night, noticed that the liquid was black instead of the usual gold tone, meaning that air got into the bottle and it was bad. I took a photo of it and called to let them know. She said they would Not replace it (an $8 item). I reminded her I had spent $80 with them that day, but it didn't matter to her.What kind of customer appreciation is that? Just leaves me with regret that they care more about saving $8 than keeping a customer. Please don't waste your money here.

Love this place !! Everytime i come , this fantasic lady named Tiffany always helps me out! She really listens to your concerns and knows right on what you should use to treat your hair! Today for example i came in & i got the best products from her! Just tried them out & im so happy with my purchase:) anytime you need for someone who is helpful and knowledgeable go to Tiffany :) Thank you so much for helping me out always! Will be back! :)

It was my first time visiting this store and I had a great experience! Tiffany was the only employee currently working and she immediately offered assistance to help me find a product. She was very knowledgeable and even sold me on a new line of shampoo and conditioner (much higher quality than the ones I use) to improve the health of my hair. I could tell she cares about making sure people are buying products that will benefit them in the long run. Everything I bought (silk serum, shampoo & conditioner) was reasonably priced but even works out to being more cost efficient as the products last much longer than $3 bottles of value brand shampoos. I haven't yet used the products but I am happy with the customer service I received. I will definitely be shopping here again for all my hair needs. Thank you Tiffany!
