Podium Executive Club

Very poor customer service by (one of) the owner(s).We came to podium after receiving some free golf simulator time after participating in a 2 man team golf tournament they sponsored in the fall. Our understanding from the tournament was that we had received 4 hours, per person, of free indoor golf simulator time. We book our free time throughout January and into February accordingly. After we completed our last session, when we went to settle our drink tab for the evening, we were handed a bill, from one of the owners, for several hours of unpaid golf time.We explained that we were under the impression that we had free golf time from the tournament in the fall, and showed her the several email communications we had between the event organizers and the podium clubs email account. We were the rudely spoken down to, as if we were in the wrong, saying that the tournament only gave 1 free hour per team of free golf time, not the 4 hours per person that all the prior communications we had have stated. She then told us the person we have been in contact and booked with with no longer worked there and should have never been in contact with us in the first place, in a manner of tone suggested we should have known this was the case.In the end there was some form of miscommunication between the club, the tournament organizers and us. This should have been handled in a much more professional manner than it was. We should have either had our hours honoured after proof on the several email communications that had us under the impression the golf was free, or we should had been contacted and informed before using several hours of the golf simulator and having a bill shoved in our faces.Long story short, if you’re looking to do indoor golf this isn’t the place to go. The simulator is older and the drinks are pricy. There are better indoor golf places in regina with better simulators, better drink prices, better atmosphere and hands down more respectable owners.

Business, fitness, golf, service - this place has it all. Best place to start the day.

Podium has been an excellent experience. It was exactly what I was looking for. What an unbelievable team.

Alicia Stajniak has created a new experience for people to achieve their goals. Whether you're looking to get your health back on track, or are wanting to engage with likeminded go-getter's like yourself, Ali and her team are there for you. And - its pretty great having a protein shake ready for you right after your workout. I've met great friends and mentors through Podium, and I highly encourage everyone to go and check it out!

Podium is a great place for wellness, work, networking and socializing. The front of house staff Neve, Kaitlin, JayLynn and Jami are fantastic. Campbell and Ali are fantastic trainers and really push you to excel. Happy to be a member at the club!

Great place to connect with the Regina business community and work out. After work beer or workout, this is the club you want to be a member of.

Highly highly recommend Podium to anyone in yqr looking for a first class experience like none other!The staff and people of the club are absolutely wonderful!

A friendly atmosphere, with dedicated and motivating professionals, who cater to everyone’s individual abilities, limitations, and goals. The facility is second to none, with conveniences like laundry service, locker room with fully stocked high end toiletries, steam room, and custom smoothies that make every visit easy and enjoyable. The fellow members make Podium a very comfortable place to meet new people and even chat business and make connections.Consistent exercise can be a very challenging task for many. Since joining Podium, I have realized a very easy, enjoyable and rewarding routine that gets my day started off right!HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!!

We chose this venue for our staff Christmas party in December. Ali was incredible to work with and so organized. She offered to help with catering and any other set up requirements. The space is gorgeous, we didn’t need any additional decor, and they took care of the clean up. Highly recommend Podium for your event!!
