Update: Skid plate wasnt put on properly so we ended up on the side of the highway waiting for someone to come put it on properly. I think some of your employees need to train better on vehicles with skid plates as that was not properly done. Had our kid with us so this was very inconvenient. I will stick with Great Canadian Oil Change. Thanks anyways.First time going and it was very good service. Very knowledgeable staff and very friendly.

We had a rock chip on the way to the lake yesterday. They stayed open past their closing time so that we could make it to get it repaired and they were super helpful and kind. Not only that but because they couldn't completely fix it they didn't charge us a dime, gave us refreshments and we were on our way. Honestly some of the most helpful and kind people ever. They deserve every star and I would give then 10 if I could.

Best oil change service I've been to! Was immediately able to pull in, whole thing took less than 15 minutes, staff were very knowledgeable and friendly; they had suggestions for where I should get some other work done when I asked. Very thorough and they checked other things like tires and washer fluid. Free water bottle with service and you stay in your car the whole time. Highly recommend!

I was happy with my service until I got home (ah hour and a half away) and realized that my coolant was right out, my air filter needs to be cleaned and my belt could use a change. I had someone else look it over when my warning system came on and truck started to overheat. Here's the thing, I upgraded what they suggested I upgraded. I would have been quite happy if they would have even mentioned that I needed to change the air filter and belt. I am fairly upset over the fact that I was told my coolant levels were good. I will NEVER go here again.

The best service I ever could hope for. Honest, polite and get the job done right also they top up all your fluids and check the air in the tires. They make sure and explain everything. I had very dull headlights, being that I drive every night in the highway having good headlights is a total must have. I took my car in to have them cleaned. They have stayed clean I have had them cleaned at other places during the years and with moisture the yellowness on your headlights re-appears as a result you are left in the fog again. I know that I could get oil changes somewhere else and perhaps even cheaper however I find that oil can Charlies fit all your needs.

Today was my first oil change at Oil Can Charlie’s. It was so fast and efficient. Staff were very professional and courteous. I will definitely be using this business for my routine oil changes.

I had my very first and second change oil here in oil can Charlie LTD north battleford for my new Honda crv . I trusted them but I end up regretting it. They don’t install the skid plate properly , what is the 30 dollars additional charge for skid plate removal for? I called them and give them a chance to fix it, they asked me to comeback but then they said they can replace only 2 missing screw . There is 6 missing screw for the skid plate because of their technician negligence and not doing the work properly.. yes you guys are fast but the work is very very poor. I will definitely not coming back again and I don’t recommend this shop. We can’t trust them

While this was my first oil change and I was unaware of what was involved, they were extremely accommodating and helpful, explaining what they were doing as they did it. I needed my wipers changed and they did this as well and even helped me pick the correct ones at his recommendation. I had an amazing experience at Oil Can Charlie’s and will definitely be coming here for my future oil changes.
