MINI Markham

Had a fantastic experience with MINI Markham. The sales (Lili Zheng) was very professional from the day we wanted to look into getting a Mini. She went over all the colours and must-have options with us. We finally landed on this beautiful rooftop grey colour in the spec we wanted. The car came after 5 months - which was understandable due to the lingering logistic issues.Anyway, you can’t go wrong with Lili at Mini Markham

Jananie is an asset to BMW Markham. She gretted us with her friendly smile and personality. She took care of us right away and made us feel valued. Her customer service skills are top notch!!

I recently purchased my new car with Dealer Lili in the Markham Mini cooper dealer shop. If you are looking for a patient dealer who can get you an ideal price for your new car, Lili is the one! I have been visited other dealer shops as well, then decided to get a new car here. The price is reasonable here, and I really enjoyed their services.

Dealt with Chris Hamlin - he treated me with respect and gave excellent service. I'd buy a car from him any time. Really great experience overall.

Was scheduled for a test drive this afternoon with a sales persons confirmation. When I got on site I was told it was sold. I was greeted with no apology nor understanding of how far I had to travel.

Took a deposit, have said multiple times they are going to send it back. Have yet to receive it. Seems like they are trying to stall us out so they can keep it. Shady business practice. Will update review when returned

Totally pleased with our customer experience! The Sales Manager Brian greeted us as soon as we entered the showroom. He talked to us about the Mini Cooper S that we were interested in and set us up with sales people TaHa who was very informative and accommodating!We had a vehicle to trade in and they worked with us to give us the price we wanted because they knew we really wanted the Mini.The Service Manager Simon explained to us practically everything we needed to know to be able to operate the car with no worries.In closing the Mini Markham staff we dealt with were very professional and a delight to deal with, I highly recommend this dealership!James T

Very disappointed !! Feel cheated with the deceitful tactic employed by the dealer.I've setup an appointment to bring my wife to check a vehicle, a vehicle that I look at 2 days ago and was the only vehicle I was interested in buying.The salesperson knew the vehicle I am interested in, all our communications refers to that particular vehicle. The vehicle have a dent which I took photo when I check it first time.Here is what transpire during the 2nd visit (test drive).- as we were walking out to the vehicle, the salesperson said the dent was fixed and that was the level of great service they provide even before the deal was finalize, wonderful!- I walk around the car and sure enough, the dent was not there - lovely- I start to drive down the street, I noticed that the NAV/GPS is no longer there, I said to the salesperson, this is not the car I've looked at. He look surprise and said this is the only one they have!, I said, the one I looked at 2 days ago have NAV and a set of black rims (that I don't like), so I open the car door and take a look at the rims, it is a set of silver rims, which confirm that it is not the same car I looked at before. - silence from the salesperson.I understand car got sold, but using deceitful tactics by knowingly suggesting that it is the same vehicle (dent was FIXED) I saw a couple days back is just not acceptable, perhaps it can be look at as consumer fraud (deceptive business practice).

Great service. Was tended to as soon as I entered the showroom. It’s well designed and they have exactly what you would expect Mini to have. They have as Mini as you want. There are Mini souvenirs and beverages.Although we didn’t end up buying, we had a great experience with the greeter! The same could not be said about the BMW next door, I do not recommend.

My wife and I recently looked to buy her dream vehicle (her aunt owned a Mini back in the 80s). We found an available one at Markham Mini on a Friday night. Lili Z contacted us immediately after we corresponded with the website Chatbot. Arranged a test drive the next morning to suit our busy minor hockey schedule. Met us the next morning. Helpful, friendly, accommodating, forthright, no hard selling. Explained the parts affected by the chip shortage. Inquired whether a lower model would fit our needs (the opposite of upselling!) because she was genuinely interested in getting us into the right car for us. We bought on the spot, and Lili personally delivered the vehicle to our home 6 days later. Just amazing service and attention, unlike my other dealings with the 7 other dealerships in Ontario and Alberta over the past 22 years.
