I ordered the no.5 bowl and asked for NO PROTEIN but I got this instead. Asked for extra sauce and they charged me $20?

Made a wrap that was supposed to have shrimp although they added chicken. Forgot my sauce many times. Another time they forgot chicken that I paid extra to have. One of the worst locations.

I'm normally a big fan of Chopped Leaf, but was really disappointed with my visit here. I ordered a bowl; the taste was good, but the portion size was a lot smaller than what I normally get at other locations. I also paid $2 extra to add avocado to my bowl, and I barely got a fork full (see attached photo). Such a ripoff. Unless they make improvements to their bowls, I do not recommend going to the Westsprings location.. you're not getting what you pay for.

I placed an order to pick up at 8pm for my family. Mr Chan said he will wait for me. When I got there door was locked and lights were off. I knocked on door no one answered. Mr Chan excellent service keep it up but I will never be back

A quick healthy option but there have been two cases where they forgot the dressing?? How is it possible to forget the dressing with a salad? Luckily the recipe is posted online, so I’ll be making my own salads going forward.

Got a cup to try for the first time, the Zeus cup, very good and I enjoyed it. I don’t usually enjoy brown rice but this tasted good. Inexpensive and felt good after- definitely a healthy option if on the road, and was refreshing, I came back to get bbq chicken quesadillas and I think the Baja chicken quesadillas w the corn and other tasty stuff in it that was very very good and I’d recommend. Also alongside the quesadillas I got another different cup to try and I enjoyed it as well. Staff seemed nice.

Disappointed in bowl 1. Only 2 small pieces of avacado and they didn't add the chicken that I was charged for. I won't be ordering from this location again.

I ordered two bowls 1 and 3 and both came without chicken. I called them and this guy literally told me the chicken is just in the picture for marketing and the bowls actually don't have chicken, I was charged 36.78. I will never order there again, so disappointed
