Dormez-vous?

Terrible experience at this store. I bought a pillow after trying on a sample and purchased it only to know that it wasn’t the same thing. I was sold another piece and it smelled really bad and I couldn’t sleep. When I went back to the store to return it because I wasn’t satisfied he told me that he can’t take it back in a a rude manner, he also told me that before the transaction he made me aware which was a blunt lie. Further on he disrespected me saying it’s not my fault that I don’t speak french as it says on your receipt (in French)I felt I was racially profiled and the customer service agent name was Simon. I feel hurt and devastated. Never in my life I have been treated this way, he kept lying that he told me its not returnable and then I brought my girlfriend in to endorse that he never told us that it wasn’t returnable.Please take action against the guy named Simon, he really made me feel uncomfortable and disappointed and disrespected.

What an amazing experience with the Dormezvous at Avenue Sherbrooke Montreal! We had in mind to buy a mattress and we went to the store for ideas. Redouane is an amazing salesperson. From the moment we entered the store, he greeted us with a smile and was attentive to our specificities. He then showed us a wide range of mattresses, adjustable base, for different budgets and comforts. Throughout the whole process he was very patient and informative. Never once we were compelled to take a hasty decision as it is a big purchase . We took our time and we came back another day to do the final purchase. Everything went smoothly. Even the delivery guys were very sweet and helpful. We strongly recommend this store and the services of Redouane.Bless him!

Very friendly and nice service. Great deals too. Purchased a queen mattress and box spring but wanted firm support and person was knowledgeable and showed me different level of firmness. Even got to try an adjustable bed too...might be my next bed. They were accommodating on delivery since my new bed arrival was delayed. Delivery staff was friendly and put my box and mattress on my new bed. Now I am sleeping like a sheep...;).

We went to Dormez vous Lassale and today to this location and were so disappointed!!!! Firstly the guy offered to try to lie on the dirty pillows to select which one we liked most. Then he made comments and questions on what and how much we spent on Dormez vous before and did not even try to help us with the purchase, what other guys at Lasalle store did few years ago. Few hours after the visit i am still disappointed and have a bad feeling i had to interact with this person.

The staff lie/ give fake information to their customers. I asked about the price for the Sealy Springfree Kaffa Queen size mattress, at first the staff(he/him) said that they were on sale so the price = $600 , but if I come back the next day the price will be $800. I went home to discuss with my roommate , we checked the price on the website and there were no sales, the original price was 600$ not 800$ . The staff here give fake information to customers just to sell their mattress for commission .Dormez-vous is no longer a trustable place for me, people should be aware of this and becareful about the informations they gives you.

This is my third purchase in approximately 2 years. The staff at the store are fantastic and very friendly and the range of mattresses is very extensive. They have something for everyone and cover a range of prices. Their comprehensive warranties are also outstanding and include a 100 day exchange if you are not happy with your purchase. Out of the three purchases, two have ended up being exchanges - one item was damaged and more recently, I changed my mind about the mattress. The staff at the store were very understanding and I paid the difference to have a new mattress delivered.My only complaint is with the delivery process. Out of the five times, I have had them deliver, they have been on time twice. That’s like 40% on time. The other times they have been late by hours. Today they were supposed to drop off the mattress between 10AM and 1PM. It is now three phone calls later and I’m told they will be here in the next hour - that would make it 6PM. This is just ridiculous. Couldn’t even visit the washroom in case I missed them.If you ever order from these guys, just make sure you have no plans for the day.

My wife and I had been shopping for a quality mattress for a long time. We had the best service of any mattress store here. A young man named Madrick provided excellent service, recommended we try many mattresses and assured we were fullysatisfied. Great service, great bed. Thanks again Madrick!

I was told my bed was still under warranty and to call customer service, which I did.The problem was that the entire mattress lost its support.Then they started demanding endless pictures of the mattres to see body impressions, which I repeated endlessly that there weren’t any.This whole thing made no sense whatsoever and I could not provide them with what they wanted since the whole mattress went totally soft.I purchased a $4,000 bed to replace that one, then when I went back to purchase yet another bed I was told that the other bed was still under warranty.Their definition of customer service, which is non existent, is to wear the customer down.So I guess they won, because they did wear me out.I will have to buy another bed without being able to appy the credit to that warranty.The new bed will obviously be more expensive and I was prepared to add an extra $1000 for that purchase.Beware of their warranty and customer service.Very disappointed.

Bought a mattress from there recently and I am so happy with my purchase.Simon the sales guy there was extremely nice and helpful, he took his time to offer me the best mattress based on my needs and budget.Thank you Simon for your patience and help.
