Good product selection and well laid out store. Shop here quite often and pricing is reasonable. Better than some of the other dollar stores.

Great Canadian Dollar Store
Terrible staff, repeatedly harassed for interacting with objects in the store. Just grabbing candy with a grabber and picking up squishy toys to feel the texture. Didn't do anything to disrupt anyone's shopping experience but was threatened to be kicked out for picking up items.

The employees are aggressive and harassed my partner and I for interacting with the objects in the store and threatened to call the cops on us. I was considering purchasing something but their negative attitude toward us drove us out. Needless to say I'm never going back, I'd give a lower rating if I could.

Great Canadian Dollar Store
Although the prices on some items are priced a bit high, it is still a great store with items you wouldn't get at other retail stores. Quality is good. I prefer The Great Canadian Dollar Store over the $1 Store for what I'm looking to purchase.
