Can’t imagine that there are racist in official Canada border after Canada said they don’t allow any kind of racism in this country. But they hire is type of people work here, just can’t believe it I got racist in official Canada border office

These are overpaid, under worked tax collectors. They contribute nothing to Canada, and take literally whatever they want. They're there to make sure we pay the government it's protection money" on alcohol

Horrible experience!! Just crossed the border today as a trucker and this officer shouted at me for no reason and then let me go easily. HEY just just wanna let you know that Canada has no room for RACISM. If you hate your job then just QUIT OR BE KIND to us. It's as easy as that!! Mind it!!

Just a standard process. Everyone there is polite and forthcoming. No issues unless you try to do something you shouldn't. That is the job of CBS.

My mother in law just crossed the border as an indigenous woman and was discriminated against. she was let across after being scolded for not being indigenous enough even though she had proper documentation and her father is fully indigenousThis is disgusting behaviour and blatant racism, she has been across without issue many times over the last couple months but today because somebody decided that today she is not indigenous enough to cross without patronizing, she has left in tearsGet your stuff together crossing service. Your job is to read documentation not decide somebody’s genetics based on looking at them.

Going into the US is lovely. Very to the point, friendly, no stupid open-ended questions.Returning to Canada is another story. The guards act as though they have Master's degrees in Psychology and Sociology and ask strange, open ended questions.

I don't know how others have been treated here, and I do not want to generalize. However, for the purposes of this review I have to generalize a bit and say that I was treated politely. I felt I could trust the immigration officers in the instructions they gave me, the way they guided me, the way they answered my questions. I appreciated their patience, and professionalism. I do however wish they were more knowledgeable in explaining me the import paper-work in more details. Some questions remain unanswered till date and I do not think anyone knows / understands the laws very well. All in all, I was happy to have chosen this border crossing, and will travel through here again in the future.

5 star service today, they were very professional today, normal routine questions, which we answered honestly, gone in a jiffy, please dear folks do everything according to the rules, and there will be sooooo much less hassle.

Awful service. More education is needed. Just because someone travels to a brown country doesn't make them a criminal. Have more credibility when it comes to investigating. I'm sick that this is our standards in canada
