I was very happy with our service at Ferguson RV World. Michelle was great and answered all the questions that we had. They were always friendly though a phone call to verify some questions that we had after we looked at our trailer. They were very quick to answer text messages with questions as well. The walkthrough that we received was very thorough and all questions and concerns were answered. I would highly recommend Michelle and the Ferguson RV World Team!

Ferguson RV World
This is our 4th camper trailer from Ferguson RV World and likely our favourite. Easy process, knowledgeable staff and great sales reps (thank you Michelle!) so the process from A to B was easy. Lots of accessories in stock too and the parts department was very helpful. We have yet to pick it up but I've been through the process before and expect all of my questions will be answered. Well done Ferguson RV World

We were SO pleased with every aspect of our dealings with Ferguson RV. Jonathan was so kind, knowledgeable and eager to answer our questions. He kept the store open late one night so we could come and look at a trailer and answered the 500 questions we had via text and email. When we decided to purchase, Dale was very helpful and knowledgeable about financing and extra add ons for our trailer. Since we purchased our trailer in February, we were able to store it there until we picked it up in April. Included in our trailer purchase was a trailer demo, where we were shown everything we needed to know about owning our new trailer. Bob was SO thorough, knowledgeable and an all around cool guy.We've visited the store 3 times and every time we left with smiles and good feelings.If you're in the market for an RV I absolutely recommend heading to Ferguson!

Ferguson RV World
This was our second purchase of a rig from Ferguson's. They have always treated me well.They are my go to for service also.This time around everything went very well. My wife and I where especially pleased with the gentleman who spent over two hours with us going over every detail of our new unit. Some parts were pretty complicated and he gave us all the time we needed. I thank him for his efforts.They also filled the tanks with gas and propane. Firewood if we wanted it, all nice touches.They give you a bag of stuff to get started water hose etc. the salesman at this point was a bit pushy we wanted to get on the road to shake out the new rig but he just wanted to sell us stuff. I know that's his job but he should dial it down a bit.We had a great weekend camping and everything worked perfectly, couldn't ask for more. Thanks Ferguson's.

We found the staff at Ferguson RV World very friendly and extremely helpful. If they were closer to us, we'd use them for all our RV needs in a heartbeat. I definitely recommend them for anyone in the area.

Michelle in sales, Daryl in parts, Bob in service... all the folks at Ferguson were courteous, friendly, and very helpful.We did a lot of shopping around and determined the brands, pricing, and support/service were the best. I'd recommend Ferguson RV World without reservation.

We shopped for month's all over Ontario and finally bought our new trailer from Jamie at Ferguson. He was amazing! So helpful, patient, knowledgeable and never pressuring us in anyway. We also had our old trailer repaired there last fall and that went excellent as well. All the staff we've delt with have been so helpful and friendly. We highly recommend Ferguson for all your trailer needs.

After doing a lot of research on line, we found the perfect trailer: 192rbs coachman. Ferguson RV World is a distributor of this trailer, and we went to this business to view a trailer on their lot. Jonathon Ferguson was very friendly, knowledgeable and patient in answering our questions. He worked with us to ensure that we ordered the best product based on our needs/wants. Highly recommend Ferguson RV World - all staff have been very inviting and ensuring that our needs are met.
