Had to get a new tire ordered and installed … I dealt with a young lady ,Samantha Hicks .., I had to wait a few days to get the tire .. she kept me updated frequently and she really went out to her way to help … she had a very cheerful voice and just a very pleasant way about her … I really want to commend her … thank you Samantha so much..Even the young man who went to pick up the tire told me that she was really kind and courteous… Just want her to know that her helpfulness and kindness didn’t go in-noticed…

Had my cad in recently with a number of issues and a tight budget. The avalon ford service department provided excellent assistance and communication. As well as a friendly interaction each time. I'm thankful that I brought my car here instead of another ford dealer and I feel comfortable recommending others to bring their vehicles to avalon ford for any service they require.

Recently purchased a 2020 Ford Explorer. Although the vehicle had some issues soon after purchase, I was well taken care of by the great staff. I can't say enough about the service and highly recommend the establishment. They know how to treat customers.
