The folks at TTEC helped set up a network and local data storage infrastructure for our business. They secured our computers, and we haven’t had an problem since the set up. One of the best IT services in Brampton. Service was quick and easy with no issues when setting up my home theatre. Team was also very efficient and knowledgeable and are patient to those who are inexperienced with technology like myself. Overall I am very pleased with the quality they were able to provide.

My laptop is still in warranty. Lenovo asked me to take it to this place after they diagnosed itTTEC asked for diagnose charges 70 dollars after it was diagnosed already from Lenovo. What a rip off

Needed Lenovo authorized warranty service on my laptop. TTEC facilitated everything with excellence: they ordered the necessary parts in advance; they called me when the parts arrived; and they completed the work within a few hours of me dropping off my unit. Impeccable service start to finish.

Extremely professional company with great customer service! I have used their services twice now, once to set up my dad's home office and another time to setup our home theater system in the basement and they are just great. They are so patient with people who aren't very technology savvy and take the time to explain everything and help you out in every way possible. They are efficient and effective at their jobs and I am very satisfied with their services.

I genuinely am not tech savvy. I was having some issues with my laptop and had genuinely no idea why my computer kept crashing, and not working the way it is supposed to. They fixed the problem and helped me understand why everything was happening. Great customer service!

Wasted my time, money, energy, fuel. Not once but several times.My problem is still not resolved, technician does not listens to what the problem is.Better to have some patience and send laptop direct to lenovo and that too free of cost.Highly not recomended.

My son's Lenovo laptop was overheating and was still under warranty. Located TTEC via the Lenovo authorized service dealers website. Called ahead and person who answered was courteous and said to bring it in.Place was easy to find, just off Queen St. Lots of parking behind the building. Security is tight, they had to buzz me in.Filling out the form describing the problem was easy, and a copy was used as a receipt.Got a call a couple of days after to come in and pick it up. The person who gave the laptop back to me described the issue, where they repaired a component on the heat sink\fan, and if the overheating continued to happen, then they would replace the part.Laptop has been working great for the last couple of weeks, so now writing this review. I've worked with a lot of computer technicians over the years, and this repair was well done. It's not easy to work on these thin laptops, without leaving some minor cosmetic damage. Was happy to see no scratches at all, plus the fact the problem was actually fixed on the first attempt.
