Dr Cheng is a great doctor has saved my life I wouldn’t be where I am today without her and the great referral from a family member who is a well known doctor in Calgary unfortunately every-time I call I am greeted with a very rude receptionist named Lisa she is very unpleasant to deal with I have brought this Matter up to my doctor multiple times and no change I don’t know why she is so miserable only reason my low rating is because of the receptionist.

Dr.Cheng is the best family doctor I've ever had. She listens, she cares, and wants the best for you. She is so pleasant to be around and ensures you understand everything she is explaining to you. I would give her 10 stars but only 5 allowed

Dr. Cheng really cares about her patients. I can’t recommend her enough.As for the reception staff in most of the other reviews, I have had multiple calls and trips to the office and every receptionist I have dealt with has been friendly and professional.

Vivian is a really good doctor, she’s done a lot for me… but dealing with the front desk receptionist can be quite the sacrifice. -She’s very rude at best, downright insulting with her snarky comments at worst. Weather the receptionist’s temper for a good doctor. The receptionist is the only reason my star rating is low.

Doctor Cheng is the best. Truly caring, always wants to know how you are really feeling, and believes that you know what is best for your body & mind. She always listens to me and has helped me numerous times with things that I felt were small, but could have turned into something big. Very happy to have her as my family doctor!
