Yasan and Doug were amazing from the start, They stayed in communication with me all throughout the process. Whenever I had any questions, they were only a text away. I had worked with another trustee office before but their customer service was nothing close to the Harris & Partners team. I highly recommend them!

When I left I was so relieved that my debts would be solved by a new term I had not heard of before called a consumer proposal. What they did not inform me of was that a consumer proposal is the worst thing you could ever do with your life .First off they lie about being a non profit organization called credit counseling of regional Niagara.. but actually are very for profit and EXTREMELY SKETCHY! They only sell bankruptcy and consumer proposals which is extremely misleading because you go in for free counseling and get sold preditory solutions that will ruin your life.The very first thing I asked when asking about debt solutions was if I got the consumer proposal would it effect my ability to buy a house. She assured me it would not and if on the slim slim slim chance it did they could provide a note of good standing. Well now applying for houses every single bank has completely denyed me from even being considered for the next 7 years. ..Another thing is they will not return my phone calls or provide me a statement of what has been paid and when I ask about my balance it's over 2 thousand more then makes sense based on my own personal bank statements.The decision to go to these harpies has caused me and my wife to loose out on our home options and forced us to live in rentals for the first 7 years of our children's lives.Claiming to be a not for profit but working as a bankruptcy firm should be illegal as should a credit consoler lying about the ramifications of a debt solutions to get people to buy in.Going here was the worst decision of my life DO NOT GO HERE

I'm so thankful to the Harris & Partners team for their help. I didn't know you could have a fresh start after going so deep into debts. Their staff were so well-informed and explained everythign to me so clearly. I'm so happy I went ahead with their debt reduction program.
