Very bad building with old heaters and it’s very cold during winter. We pay an average 200% electricity over other apartments we lived around for the same rent...even with that, our apartment is still cooler due to old class windows and building structure...don’t be fooled by the renovated reception ...waiting for the contract to end before I could move out
