Urban Barn Saskatoon

Friendly and quick service without standing over you. Great selection and decent price ranges. I felt welcomed to be there and was greeted very quickly (compared to not being helped at all with some competitors). We will go to Urban Barn for our furniture shopping in the future.

I am not comfortable with home decorating, but had such a positive experience with the staff at Urban Barn Saskatoon, that I'm feeling a little more empowered. I left the store with a huge weight off my shoulders. I found what I needed to start and with the confidence that its the right choice. And I was happy with the prices.

With all due respect to the employees at Saskatoon Urban Barn I feel someone needs to address the service being provided by this Company and I’m hopeful the employees of the Saskatoon store will forward my concerns to those who need to know. I’m sure I can’t be the only customer who has experienced the following:I purchased a floor lamp in mid February and was told it was on back order to mid May. Seemed rather ridiculous as the product was very new to the store. I was also told I would have to pay the full price for the lamp at the time of purchase. Because I like the lamp (and many other items sold at the store), I paid full price and have been waiting anxiously for the lamp to arrive. I called the store today (May 6th) to find out what day my lamp is expected to arrive and have been told it’s been pushed back again to mid June. What????? That will be more than 4 months that I paid in full for something I have yet to receive. I was told I could cancel my order. I don’t want to cancel my order. I want the lamp I purchased. As mentioned I’m certainly not blaming the Saskatoon store but Urban Barn needs to know this type of service is unacceptable. As a loyal customer, I feel Urban Barn needs to take a step back, review their policies, procedures, service and determine how better to satisfy their customers. Having to pay full price at the time of purchase for something you aren’t going to receive for 4 or 5 months does not make for a satisfied customer. I am hopeful others will also bring forward their concerns in order that Urban Barn addresses the problem.Respectfully,L. Auckland.

I love just walking into Urban Barn. The store is well organized & the staff are friendly & helpful!

Super friendly and helpful staff! They ordered products in for me, accommodating me on my wish to not purchase the one on the floor that was on display, with no questions asked. The ladies who were working were so kind, I felt so welcome even though it was just about to close. Also, this location is HUGE - much bigger than any I have been to in Edmonton. They also had amazing post-Christmas sales!

I rarely enjoy furniture shopping but the urban barn selection wasn't overwhelming and sales staff was very helpful and friendly.

The Nash Leather Recliner was ordered Dec. 2nd at a great half price sale. On Dec. 21st the white glove delivery was made. There is a rub mark on the leather at the side bottom below the remote button. But the sofa is in working order and the rest of the leather is beautiful stitched and fitted. The tradition recliners are bulky but this one has a streamlined appearance and very comfortable with leg and head adjustment controls.
